THANK YOU CALEB AND OSCAR!!! I went into this Burger King 🤴🏻 with no intention of buying anything … tbh I sneaked in to use the restroom … but the staff were so brilliant with the customers I stopped on my way out to look at what food they actually did these days … I’ve never been one to buy this sort of food mainly because I’m allergic to animal fats … but the kind staff member Caleb reassured me that despite the changing visuals on the screen (I’m also dyslexic) he would show me what things I would be able to eat … I was surprised at how much I was able to buy but more over I found on eating it that it was really good too much to my genuine surprise … It’s strange seeing the reviews here because it’s as if the other reviewers are talking about a different place to the one I visited … or perhaps the management have turned things around having listened to those of you who had a bad experience … I think reviews are useful to an extent … I’m not one to review things … but seeing the one star ⭐️ reviews seems genuine but when a place responds and makes the effort to improve then it’s important to review that too … not just the bad experiences … so here I am … lol … my experience genuinely was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ five stars … the staff were patient and kind despite my rambles and had no issues with my having walked straight in to use their restroom either for that matter. … which by the way was immaculate and this was about 17:30 on the 12th of September so not a time when you’d expect it to be all clean either … My order was finished by Oscar who had just moved over to the store from another Burger King … the food was great the staff was great the restaurant was clean and therefore great … thank you guys for a lovely experience and for a great meal after a long journey from Plymouth to pick up some stuff nearby...

I'm not sure if I'd come back here, having given them enough chances. They always take so long to serve and always busy doing something in the background, possibly not pretending but still not sorting out the backlog. I have been weekly visiting since they opened; I see and understand their staff fluctuations, but to actually get your meal here can last up to 20 minutes from entering the restaurant - it's meant to be a fast food chain. The self service station never scans my loyalty QR code so I always have to rely on the till, prolonging my experience. The staff are polite but it just unfortunately does not help with serving customers any faster. Sometimes it literally looks like it needs an adult there among the team... The restaurant is often messy (which is somehow pointing fingers at messy customers as well as staff not clearing tables regularly) and so new customers clear tables and they can enjoy a sit-down meal. Staff pour something outside the restaurant into the bushes which flows down onto the pavement behind the restaurant. It begs a question of hygiene and COSHH. Someone also vandalises the back of the restaurant removing stonework which is unsightly and dangerous. Last but not least I have seen members of staff carrying food, probably from the High Street branch, without transportation. Appalling and disturbing. Pictures attached. So that staff are not identified or penalised, I cropped the photos. I guess this is my farewell to this...

I recently visited this establishment multiple times, and unfortunately, each visit has been a disappointing experience. During my most recent visit, we had to wait for 25 minutes to receive our food. While I understand that the place was busy and things may take longer than usual, it was still an inconvenience.

To compound matters, I made the mistake of ordering my meal as takeaway. When I arrived home and opened the package, I discovered that the burger was severely burned. I attempted to take a few bites, but the quality was so poor that I had to discard it. Had I noticed the condition of the burger while I was at the counter, I would have requested a replacement or a refund.

Furthermore, we had ordered 2 large fries, and one additional fry was supposed to come with the meal. However, we only received 2 large fries, which was not what we had expected.

Given these repeated negative experiences, I have decided that in the future, I will prefer to visit another establishment, such as Burger King, located near the Services area. I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction in the hope that the establishment will address these issues and improve their overall...

A recently opened restaurant on the Bridge retail park in Exeter, be advised that parking is expensive here, free for an hour but £6.80 for two hours! We arrived by train at Exeter St Thomas station just two mins away. Inside was bland and uninviting, dirty tables, overflowing recycle bins, grimy but everything working toilets, one Coke freestyle machine not working and a young lady trying food was not wearing a hair net. Ordered via the digital screens ( receipt empty ) or at table QR code, and pick up your food at the counter. The food was good, fresh and tasty and would eat again. Service was friendly and efficient and the restaurant was not busy.
