Imagine waiting over 3hrs for a pizza to be delivered. The guy on the phone, I think he was called Tom was utterly useless saying made up times of when our pizza was going to be delivered. I was initially told a 1.5hr wait when calling 45 mins after ordering for an update and then told up to 30 minutes each time we called for an update afterwards. He also stated we couldn’t get a refund until Monday when the manager was in, yet when the poor driver turned up, who looked like he had been overworked all night, he told us that the refund could be issued right away and would expected to be in the bank on 3-5 working days. Poor sense of leadership or any form of decision making in there it seems but I won’t be ordering from here again just in case I have to wait until after midnight again just to receive a manky old pizza that was made hours prior.
If it is true that you had only 1 driver out on a Saturday night (which is ridiculous) why would you not limit delivery orders or not even inform customers of any kind of delay either when ordering or straight after the order was placed.

Order placed 1820. On the app it says 'Checking and Cutting' at 18.30 and stays like this for two hours. We ring store and get told it's waiting for a driver and they're busy.
Another hour or so later and it's still not here, we ring again.
From what the manager said it sounded like the pizza has left the restaurant, but no-one is clear where the driver is but it's ok, he'll remake it and send it out with another driver. Credit due to the manager, he was friendly and apologised.
Another 30 minutes later the pizza arrives stone cold, rider on bike rocks up with the hot case wide open which means the pizza is cold and lacking the special garlic dip we paid extra for.
This is such a disappointment. We've had pizza from here before without this level of utter inept calamity but we were left three hours late with cold pizza. If you have to order Papa Johns maybe get it from one of the other branches? Or make it yourself. I wish I had, would have been quicker.

Read morePlaced an order a night before on the website without realising it was for 11:45 the next day, at 12:00 that day upon not receiving the order or any update on the online tracker I phoned the restaurant asking to council the order. The guy that answered the phone sounded confused about counselling the order and asked what name was the oder placed in. Upon providing my name the guy on the phone said there’s no order placed in my name. As I explained to the guy that I’ve got an email and order number he said "I found it I had to go to the back office" did not apologise about the mistake on there end for not accepting the order and did not mention if I would get a refund or how long it will take until it will process. Now having to wait 3-5 working days to get my money back!
