Normally I would rate this restaurant 5 stars but recently it has gone down hill. The last three occasions something has been wrong with our order, this final time we rang the restaurant and had to have our food returned as it was the wrong order and cold. We were then barred from the restaurant but we did receive a refund. The customer service is shocking, the person on the phone was rude and brash, then two men came to my door to give myself the money back, it was £17! I find the need for two men to come to the door intimidating. We were also nearly docked £4.50 for eating 4 dumplings all of which were cold and chewy as they had only been steamed rather than fried at the end. Food is exceptionally good. Good portion size and tasty.
Good and cheap.
If only they would do more vegetarian food. It would help if they spoke better English as I have managed, with difficulty, to get them to make vegetarian dishes for me.
