Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Fermanagh and Omagh District

Waited in a queue for about half an hour, not because it was so busy, but because they were so unorganized. Staff members barely moving around, you can see that they are lacking experience - making coffee, spilling it out and making again; a girl at the till taking orders and telling them to barista - why not print the order, where barista can make 2 or even 3 orders at the same time, but now they forget part of the order, asks a girl at the till to repeat it - such a waste of time. I wanted a cappuccino with cherry syrup, but they refused to make it - explaining that they use cherry syrup for hot chocolate only. Since when coffee shops don't make custom orders anymore?... And last but not least - after waiting for so long, not getting the cherry syrup I actually wanted - coffee wasn't make properly - milk was highly overheated, I could taste boiled milk taste and there was no proper frot as cappuccino suppose to have. So not only wasted my time, also wasted my money for undrinkable coffee. I worked as a barista myself several years and I know how things should be done. I only will say that this place should seriously think about better training their staff and about customer service. This was my first and definitely last visit here. 2 prices for each food item depending on whether you sit in or take out. This has reduced my scoring. The staff seem knowledgeable but the coffees I've received on a few occasions have not been to the same standard each time. I like a strong coffee, the coffee here is not strong unless you order extra shots which is disappointing as I can go to a rival brand and actually taste the coffee without need of adding extra.
