Jamm — Restaurant in Fermanagh and Omagh District

I’ve eaten here in the past and couldn’t fault it however this time has been the complete opposite, we arrived at 11:06 for breakfast and there was some breakfast items left , when we asked for eggs with our breakfast we were told by a male worker that breakfast was finished and there machine were off for the eggs (the sign above his head stated breakfast was finished at 11:30 not 11:06) we got something else instead and we ate it at as we were leaving at 11:35 we noticed in a family got served breakfast with eggs !! When we were told there was none and there don’t be anymore. Yet this family got served eggs way after us , we also were left waiting 20 minutes for our toast that never came (after being said it would be dropped down ) the person who served us had his ear pod in the whole time behind the counter and forgot to get our toast. When we addressed the situation we were told he is new, and that he doesn’t know , of this is the case he shouldnt be working alone and be supervised if he is also new he shouldn’t be wearing EarPods whilst working. Bear in mind there was quite empty in the end end no apology was giving!!! Will definitely not be back and definitely won’t be...

An absolutely horrendous experience in so many ways. Entered at 4:20pm on a Sunday. Bought two Turkey Ham dinners. Both cold. No stuffing left. No offer of substitute. One plate and one fork was unclean. Mug had red lipstick on it.

Nobody smiled or was even vaguely friendly. It was like groundhog day. Like the Adams family. None of the staff appeared as though they wanted to be there. The atmosphere was palpable.

Sat down to eat at a table stained with the dried out water tracks of a filthy cloth. 7 or 8 minutes later (4:35pm), a larger girl approached and unapologetically said they were closing. We clearly hadn't finished. She didn't ask that we hurry up - she waited beside us uncomfortably until we left.

I felt hounded out of the place just minutes after spending £22. You couldn't make this up. I have never experienced service like this, ever. I considered making a complaint there and then but I honestly couldn't see anyone capable of taking it onboard, or indeed anyone that looked like they had any semblance of authority.

Don't be fooled by the one star. It's there only because I couldn't give it no stars.

First and last time I'll frequent...

Very early waiting for next bus at the nearby station service was brilliant couldn't be better from one particular girl thank you so much rest couldn't be bothered or maybe hard of hearing. Spent quite a few minutes asking excuse me can you help which fell on deaf ears but then the angel in glasses appeared generous with time made ete contact wonderful and when the gateau was frozen she refunded and boxed up up for me to take with me delicious on my 2 hr journey thank you very much will be...
