Aroma of Punjab - Gravesend — Restaurant in Gravesham

I have been going to this restaurant for a very long time and also introduced some friends who are regulars at this place. We ordered a take away on 29/09 and collected the order got home and checked that two of the items where missing and called them Straight away and spoke to someone who said you can come and collect it now or you can collect it next time. Which I said I will do so today I called them as I feel like having a take away and when spoke to someone they said there is no note of missing food and we can not help you. It’s shocking that I missed £34.40 worth of food and when trying to claim it back I can’t . You have just lost a customer and probably a few more. If you decide to get back to me to offer the missing food please just give it to a homeless and show me a proof...

This was our first visit tonight and we will surely be visiting again.

The food was lovely and the taste is authentic. The decor is very nice and set's a pleasant atmosphere where you can have an enjoyable evening meal.

You must try the Fish Pakora's!!! This is one of the best Fish Pakora's we have had in a long time.

I am giving 5 stars for the food quality and taste, but there is some minor improvements required which would boost this restaurant to 5 stars.

1. Please have more than 1 high chair available, otherwise it can cause some difficulties with younger children. But, thank you for offering the high chair whilst it was available.

2. Please put handrails on the wall when going downstairs to the washroom.

We went to Aroma for a joint birthday and anniversary. We had a three course meal and ordered from the Specials menu. Absolutely delicious. Aroma is the right name for this restaurant as the chef certainly delivers amazing food. Very balanced flavours, serving food that smells and looks as good as it tastes. One of the best Indian meals I have had in Gravesend. The waiting staff were a little inexperienced but were absolutely lovely. They were very attentive and friendly. I have subsequently ordered x2 takeaway meals. Did not disappoint. Equally as delicious as the in restaurant meal. I sincerely hope, as this restaurant becomes super popular (it will, the food is too good), it keeps up the standards. I would recommend this restaurant...
