"Last time, I ordered food for my family while I was away. The delivery was late, and when I called to inquire, the first representative gave a generic response about the food being 'coming soon.' I asked for clarification, and was then transferred to someone who greeted me with an annoyed 'yes mate.' This immediately made me feel unwelcome. They also said the food was 'coming soon,' but I requested a refund and hung up. They called back a few minutes later claiming the food had been delivered. However, my wife confirmed it hadn't arrived.

I called the restaurant again to reiterate my request for a refund. The same person, again using a dismissive tone, said the food would be there in five minutes. While I understand being busy, being rude and lying is unacceptable. I eventually received my refund, and the food arrived ten minutes later. But the entire experience was incredibly frustrating. I don't appreciate being spoken to with disrespect, lied to, or denied basic courtesy. I also consistently pay for garlic sauce, which I've never received as a complimentary item. I'm not interested in ordering from them again."

Edit: after speaking with the lovely Ozie from Turkish Kitchen, he could not be more helpful and sorted my refund within less than 24hrs. Thank you Ozie, we look forward to our next take away soon!

First off the positive, the food is absolutely delicious, we've ordered different things each time now and it's all been above expectations, delivery time is longer than other establishments but I'm happy to wait a bit longer for good quality food. Now the not so good bit, we made an order last Friday online and paid using card , payment was taken however the order was rejected by Turkish kitchen, we phoned straight away and was told it was because you were busy and couldn't take anymore orders ATM and that we'd be refunded and to redo the order later in the evening, we did redo our order and paid again with card online and had our delivery, however I still have not been refunded for the first order and I am still £45 out of pocket, I have tried emailing the info email on your website but had no response, I have been in contact with Eatzy who deal with the card payments on your website and after initial contact and them asking me to provide my order details, which I provided promptly, they're now ignoring any further emails. I've been left quite disappointed by this and it's put me off ordering online now encase an order is rejected and I'm left out of...
