Very Disappointed, Long-Time Customer Let Down

I’ve been a regular customer at Al Aqsa Shawarma and have had their food almost every day. Normally, the food is great and the portions are consistent. However, today was extremely disappointing.

They were offering a 50% discount, but when I got home and opened my meal, it was mostly salad with barely any chicken, definitely less than half of the usual portion. It felt like the quality and quantity were sacrificed just because of the discount.

If you can’t afford to offer a proper portion at a discounted price, then don’t run the promotion. It’s unfair to loyal customers like me who support your business daily. Cutting corners like this won’t win you new customers, it will only drive away the regulars.

Excellent place incredible value, freshly made naan whilst you wait, really nice salad and good selection of sauces. Good service and also it's a cosy place to sit and eat or you can get takeout. They do meal deals too. You can even get soup and a naan for £2. Why have a supermarket meal deal when you can get food here! Absolutely loved the shawarma wrap at Al Aqsa! The portion was really generous, the wrap was packed with flavour, and everything was fresh and hot. You can tell they care about quality.
