We visited pre-pandemic and absolutely loved the kanafa and service was brilliant which impressed us. However today was a great disappointment. We called before hand to find out their closing times and travelled all the way from London just to relive our favorite dessert.

We entered the shop and my son 8 years who had just come out of the car after a 2 hour journey, sat on the seat with his legs up trying to message his pins and needles in his leg, the owner (lady) quickly asked him to put his feet down. My son is aware of etiquette's, he would have sat properly if you gave his a few minutes.

After this welcome, the owner (lady) quickly took our order, no real customer service at all. She was busy, I understand that, but the same busy as the last time we visited and received good service. We sat and waited. When the order was ready she called us over to the counter to collect.

Desserts - We ordered the kanafa with pistachio and dates, 2 finger waffle and a mint sunde. The mint sunde was literally vanilla ice cream with a few mint chocolate flakes. The waffle was ok. The kanafa, the dessert we drove 2 hours for was a massive let down. Last time it was nice and warm, however this time served cold. I told the owner and she said its depends when the kanafa is made! Umm I'm sure she heated it up last time!

Service - we were asked to come and collect the food from the counter, however two families came after and they had full table service, why not for all? I'm not one to moan about this, but the general service was very poor.

My husband did share our disappointment with the owner. Unfortunately after the experience we had, they have lost a customer. Maybe they don't care as they have a regular customerbase, but I hope they can learn from their mistakes and make the next family who drive from...

Very rude staff , me and my husband were at our friends house and decided to order a dessert, hearing decent things about this place decided to order. We received the order and were shocked that the dessert which was ment to be a strawberry waffle had more chocolate and literally looked like 1 strawberry cut in 5 peices. I then asked my friend to call them and ask them if they had ran out of strawberries. We were shocked with the repsonse especially when finding out the the person we had been speaking to was the manager. Instead of apologising and offering to make another one in regards to customer service, she started to raise her voice and saying "do not order from us again". And after stating we were going to complain on uber and make a complaint to the director. The manager stated "I dont care do it". Such poor customer service, never have we experienced that's kind of language or service in our lives. If this company has people like that working for them they will loose alot of customers. I have alot of family who eats from there and have now shared my experince with them, they are also now not going to order from there again. It's not about the strawberry any more it's about leading by example as a manager and showing your team how to deal with customer complaints ect. Owell we then went to Jonny custards and received amazing service, they were happy to accompany us. Terrible Service and Rude

I visited Cravings’s at 9.50pm to order one Knefah was told to wait 10min my order no. Was 102. A guy comes after me and has an argument with the worker the owner apologised to him and takes over his order he gets 3 Knefahs Straight away as he was shouting and Swearing. I asked the lady how long will my order take as everyone who came after me had already left. Order no.110 was getting served and I’m still waiting. At 10.25 I get my order I mention to the owner that it’s not fair? I had to wait for so long just for 1 Knefah and the other guy gets 3 Knefah straight away because he was shouting the owner starts shouting at me and said if you wanted yours early, you should have shouted to. What kind of Pathetic customer service is this she wasn’t even apologetic that I had waited for so long.

As I was leaving the shop she shouts and says if you can’t wait don’t come again.
