This Friday, I went to the cafe to get takeaway pancakes and a pistachio Frappuccino. The lady who served me, who wore glasses, was very rude and kept rushing me, saying, "Can you order quickly? It’s very busy." There were only about 6 customers, so I don't understand the pressure. I was only taking a moment to choose my pancake toppings, but she was being unprofessional. If someone can’t handle more than a handful of customers, I don’t see the point of them serving. Then, when I found out they didn’t have pistachio Frappuccino, I decided not to get another drink. After receiving my pancakes, I got a message from my sister asking for a hazelnut Frappuccino, so I went back to the counter to order it. The lady responded, "you should have ordered it with the pancakes. Now you’ll have to wait; I can’t make it that fast," even though I hadn’t asked her to hurry! I've been to this cafe on a few occasions. I usually prefer the same spot and prefer to have the scones along with the English tea. The scones are buttered and served warm. They come with a generous portion of cream and jam which is delicious. I've also tried the chicken toastie and panini. The portion was reasonable and tasted good. The atmosphere here in the cafe is pleasant and comforting. It isn't noisy, rather it is relaxing. I'd like to advise the staff if they could kindly give less of the cream & jam as it always tends to get left over (and possibly be going to waste) eventhough I try my best to spread a thick layer of both on the scones. CoffeeMaison is absolutely amazing! The ice mocha is one of the best I’ve ever had—perfectly balanced and so refreshing. The entire shop is beautiful, from the stylish furniture to the cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The location is fantastic, making it easy to get to and a great spot to relax or catch up with friends.

Everything on the menu is consistently delicious—the mojito is so refreshing, the pancakes are fluffy and flavorful, and honestly, everything I’ve tried has been wonderful.
