Staff are always friendly, unlikely to receive any bad service. The facilities are ideal if you like watching sports, playing darts, pool or snooker. They serve food aswell and have a decent chef in the kitchen, often have deals on ,whether that's jigs of drinks, food or playing pool/snooker. There is a membership available for which you can get even more deals. My only criticisms are that there can often be more staff than is really required and sometimes more staff than customers. The club can get quite busy when there are events TV, like big football games or other sports, there are also a lot of competitions on pool which can be really busy and therefore availability of getting a pool table might be slim, but there are the snooker tables, American tables aswell so still...

We spent the day in weston today. We were looking for somewhere to get a all day breakfast and watch the Liverpool match. The all day breakfast was gorgeous! The staff were really busy around us keeping the place spotless! We returned later for the match. The staff again were lovely and happy we returned. The place was so lively and full of good spirits for the match. The staff behind the bar were so friendly and brilliant around my children being in the bar. A particular member of staff named Sam, took pride in her work, was always quick to gather up used glasses and asking of We wanted another. Great place but staff need training on how to be polite to customers.. Tonight was another instance with my kids and their friends. They were having a pool table session and the light went out indicating end of their session. The kids were almost finished their game when a staff member came over and was verbally abusive and aggressive towards ordering them to get off the table and not allowing them to finish their game. You cant expect a game to end at the same time as a light !!! Other similiar instances occurred with the same member of staff.

Regardless of age, a customer is a customer. So to ensure a future for your business.. look after your younger...
