Great food, great value!
They don't have the "authentic" wood fire oven but the dough is neapolitan style, a little crispy on the outside but chewy and soft inside. I love the fact that the base is not soft like the ones I got in Naples but a little crispy and firm on the bottom which is actually more to my preference. Its like a crossover of Roman and neapolitan style🤤
Only downside is the lack of that charcoal flavor as they are not using the wood fire oven, but I can live with that.
With the generous and delicious toppings and the high quality evoo (it smells good and has the fresh and fruity taste) on top, this will be one I will revisit when I miss the pizza.

The pizzas, however, are a different story: most pizzarias in Glasgow would wish they had such amazing dough, I was absolutely stunned the first time I ordered! Incredible topping selection as well, it shows that these people know how to create and curate a delicious menu! The paninis are also often made with the same dough as the pizzas, so you are in for a treat!
