Coach & Horses Inn — Restaurant in Great Britain

Had a great afternoon there unfortunately when my group went back we were met with abuse from the staff and some of us could not get served. We were told to get off the property ( even though outside) and threatened with police. Clearly the staff could not deal with volume and that is unfortunate as the live act was good. Overall very disappointing as they had judged a whole group on potentially one comment! Not good business. By the way we all carried on in Dumfries...

Bar staff were very rude. Our party took two tables and there was a lack of room for hanging coats so the jackets were placed on a small table that our party had taken. The bar member was very rude in speaking to one of our group. Also a friend got barked at when asking for a specific tonic. A shame. Nice pub but...

We went in here as there is sometimes a band playing. There wasn't one on. It didn't dampen the spirits, though. Great atmosphere and good music from jukebox. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the service was quick. Great place to go on a Sunday evening...
