Farmers Arms — Restaurant in Great Britain

Literally found this pub by mistake looking for something to eat which as it happens is next door in the form of a fish and chip shop. On draught was one of my local and favourite beers Timothy Taylor`s Landlord so that was a good start. The pub was busy for a Tuesday and the locals very very friendly and chatty. I enjoyed my evening so much that I made a point of returning the following night to enjoy another good evening of banter with new friends. Walked in on a very wet Sunday afternoon. The pub was empty, bar one couple in the corner. Refused entry as they don’t allow kids. Other reviewers have described this place as family friendly. In my experience, this is clearly not the case. They may dislike kids or maybe they just don’t like people with brown skin. Might be worth considering this when you choose to give your patronage to them. There was a ‘no dogs’ sign on the door but no mention of kids not...

This is a town centre public house, which has some outside seating on the pavement. Clearly popular with locals understandably, don't be put off going in & enjoying a drink the staff are lovely & friendly. It's a small bar two casks Sea Fury was excellent. Multi roomed one set up as a music venue & then some seating in the window & then another room to the side of the it's an old fashioned great to see...
