"Is the food dreadful? We can only guess as we never saw it!"

Shocking and despicable service. Ordered via Just Eat for delivery to the nearby town of St Just. Our postcode was within the postcodes noted on their Just Eat page that were eligible for delivery. An hour after the order was overdue and more than two hours after it was ACCEPTED by the restaurant, we called Just Eat to find out what was going on. Just Eat said the restaurant refused to deliver to our address, despite having accepted the order (somewhat inexplicably). The Just Eat service agent told us they hung up the phone on him as he complained on our behalf. Got our refund but by then the closer take away options were all closed so had to buy ready meals from the Co Op.

BEWARE - IF YOU ORDER FROM HERE VIA JUST EAT YOU MAY GET NOTHING TO EAT!!

Post Script: Now 3 hours after placing order we got a call that food is on the way with a bottle of wine... this is after Just Eat has told us our refund was processed. Who knows what...

My daughter ordered 5 pizzas on Saturday 16th April through Just Eat.It took nearly 2 hours to arrive as we only live 6 miles away.The driver obviously isn't used to using Sat Nav as when he eventually turned up the pizzas were pretty much cold and dried out.They were probably the worst pizzas I've ever seen or tried.I might as well have put some tomato sauce on the cardboard box.At £12 for each one,the business is ripping people off as they weren't worth even £5.My daughter has complained and they said that the pizzas had extra topping which she asked for but I fail to see what they actually gave us.They have offered 1 free pizza,what a joke! If a meal arrived in a restaurant which was tepid you would have every right to send it back as they can't have the ability to keep the food hot in transit and are using inadequate delivery personnel.The complaint isn't about the cost but the product as isn't fit for purpose.I advise people not to buy from here as you will be very...

"Delicious Food and wonderful service! I decided to book here as it was a friends 60th Birthday. When I phoned to book the gentleman was so helpful as I explained it would be 8 of us and he explained the differant menu choices, ( Indian and Italian) and that he didn't have a license but we could bring our own alcohol. When we arrived the table was decorated with balloons etc for our birthday girl and we had a lovely greeting. Some of us ordered Indian and some had the Italian pizzas. We also had starters and delicious salads too. The food was all very tasty and delicious, and the staff really went out of there way to make us feel welcome. If you fancy a very reasonable priced and informal evening then this is the place to go! Good...
