Granny Mac's — Restaurant in Great Britain

Actually the worst Just Eat experience I've ever had. Food turned up on time however due to misinformation on the Just Eat website my veggie friendly Burrito had a meat sausage in it, one of the beef burgers was so overcooked you could hear the crunch as the burger was being eaten, the chips had a hair in them and the brownie was inedible.

Upon complaining to the Cafe the staff member was rude and defensive, not taking on board the fact that we had taken their menu information to be correct. She refused to acknowledge that although the menu said there was sausage in the burrito, there was a vegetarian friendly logo next to the food item as well which I think should be easy to interpret why the confusion was caused. A simple apology and feedback that it would be fixed on just eat would have been fine, that was unfortunately not how they responded. When the other complaint points were made the response seemed to be quite sarcastic and there was no genuine care for the fact that we had had such a poor experience.

Cannot recommend, if the staff don't care about the food they are selling I would...

This place was dreadful. There's a global viral pandemic. Not one member of staff wearing a face mask. The waitress if you can call her that was extremely undertrained. She took our order then clearly forgot about it. After about 15 minutes waiting for our cup of tea, let alone our breakfast I had to ask someone else for it. The cutlery was dirty. The Granny Mac Breakfast or whatever it was called was hot but clearly made from the cheapest products available from the cash and carry. The table layout was bizarre. I'm not sure if it was a gesture towards social distancing but if it was it failed because it means anyone walking in has to walk right by your table. It was a truly dreadful dining experience. It was my son's suggestion to go there because he said it used to be really good when he lived close to it. After less than a quarter of our way into the good he apologised for suggesting the place and he said it would be the last time he went...

Absolutely disgusting service on deliverys twice I was told the orders was jest packed and was leaving One hour apart phone calls. 2 hours and 40 minutes later got through to the shop to be told my order had left 10 minutes ago. so asked for a refund as payed with card staff were polite and agreed to this and thay would inform the driver call ends.

strate away I leave to go get breakfast!!!! the driver pulls up I'm thinking ok yes will not have to go out now as its here lol, only for the drive to drive off with a stere and the food but no refund as thay have marked the order as complete???? and delivered??????🤯🤯 it can take up to 7 days now as I pmsl.

Honesty is the best policy I'm not paying to be lied to. I would have happily waited if the shop is bissy and i was informed but but to processes the order after agreed refund is wrong and bad business practices. I well never eat or order from this establishment...
