We recently had the pleasure of dining at Gustosi, a new Italian restaurant in town, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we stepped in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere set the stage for what was to be a memorable meal.

The menu at Gustosi is a testament to authentic Italian cuisine, with each dish prepared with a level of care and attention that is truly commendable. We started with the antipasti, which was a beautiful array of flavours and textures, perfectly setting the tone for the main courses to come. A wonderful restaurant in every way. Firstly, the atmosphere, which was buzzing. Busy but not crammed. Lively but not rowdy. It was a great place to be. Secondly, the staff. Friendly but not over-bearing. Efficient but not too fast (they gave us time to talk and drink between courses). And, last but certainly not least, the food. It is so refreshing to find an Italian menu that is different to those of its peers. GustoSi offers dishes that you won't find in all other Italian restaurants, and then its own takes on dishes that you will. Like a Buffalo Mozzerella salad using grilled aubergines & courgettes instead of tomato & basil. Or mushrooms stuffed with olive tapenade and baked in bechamel and tomato sauces. We recently had the pleasure of dining at GustoSi as a group of 7 and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The food was excellent, with each dish bursting with flavour, prepared with care and great attention to detail. The service was top-notch as well, with attentive staff (especially Fernando!) who made sure we had everything we needed.

What truly set GustoSi apart for me was the warm and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel like part of the family. It's clear that the owners have created a special place that values not just great food, but also genuine hospitality.
