The Bagel Bar is a bi-polar establishment. The food, eat in or take away, is always top notch.

The service, at the weekend, is non-existent. Sullen teenagers are in charge and customers are treated as an inconvenience, interrupting their phones and huddled boyfriend chats, should they be asked to be serve you.

Complete lack of experience and motivation from Staff. Ordered 3 bagels this Saturday and it took 25 mins from just when I ordered, never mind the queue. Mozzarella and pesto bagel wasn't even warm so I was eating cold cheese (Why would anyone want this?!). Bacon and brie was made with bacon bits not even proper bacon! I was unaware of this when they were making it, I would have gone to subway if I wanted this quality of product. Processed, packaged and flavourless bacon. You have such an opportunity here to make a nice bagel bar but it lacks character...

I have been coming here on and off since about 2018. The bagels are delicious, always filled excessively. The cakes and brownies are about the best around. Especially the Snickers brownie, which I haven’t seen in a while but I am craving. Service is always quick and if you’re up for a chat, the staff will always have a laugh with you. Great place.
