Avoid! The owner is arrogant & clearly doesn’t care about her customers! We ordered 3 lobsters yesterday, gave her an exact time when we’d arrive, communicated throughout the day, yet, when we arrived nothing was ready and we waited half an hour only to be told she didn’t realise it was us who waited for lobsters! The cafe was initially empty! When we entered the cafe, we told her we had a reservation, she said OK & disappeared in the kitchen. We travelled with 2 toddlers who were crying because they were hungry. The owner served other customers before us and she seemed a little dismissive. Read more💎 Finally... a proper old-skool no nonsense cafe. Outstanding value for money, and just the ticket if you're in the mood for a burger, fish & chips, or even lobster. Kids beach toys, and sweets galore at more than reasonable prices. They also have crabbing lines and bait, so you can hang a few off the harbour wall. Will definitely be back. What an absolute wee gem. Appears to be run by a sweet wee lady in the kitchen, and young but attentive front of house staff. Read moreWhat a gem of a place! We stumbled upon here on New Years Day 2020. After a play on the beach the 8 of us were so glad to see the shop open. Not to mention the amazing Fire Pit outside.
Loads to pick from. Food and drinks lovely and staff really friendly and helpful. Particularly the owner who stopped for a chat.
