We had our 3rd bad experience. Each time we gave it benefit of doubt and kept going back because we absolutely love the food. First time I seen a small hair in my chops ( like a beard hair ) when the person in charge came to ask if the food was ok, I pointed out the chop which I had put aside with the hair on it. All he said is “I am sorry” that’s it. No discount was offered. We still continued going there. One time we bought two portions of wings which were roar and pink inside. I had to put them in my air fryer to cook. When I called in I was told we will get 2 portions of wings free. When we visited again and went to pay the bill the man in charge decided to charge us for one portion & give only one for free. I had to really put my foot down and say well I had to re-cook both portions and you said 2 portions will be free. Then he agreed. 3rd time was the worst experience. I rang them to order the food prior to going so we can start our meal soon as we get there. The guy who answered asked me if I have booked a table in. I replied no. So he said ok we will fit you in. Throughout our full meal all the tables were totally empty and no customers came in. I’m confused. We ordered a large mixed grill which includes 2 huge sized chops. I asked for one more chop to be added as there were 3 of us. The gentleman said it will cost us £6 for the one chop. I was ok about that as the chops are massive. When our mixed grill arrived one chop was really big & the other 2 were a dingy small size. I was upset and showed the guy who was serving. When it was time to pay I told them but they refused discount and turned a blind eye to my complain. They made me pay £6 for 1 average sized chop. Then they tried to give me a bar of twix as if I’m a 6 year old kid & said that’s your discount. I refused to take it but as I was leaving I gave the uncle who serves a £5 tip. I know it’s not much but I was meaning to give him since a long time. I thought I best do it today because I will never see the polite, very helpful uncle again. Heard good things and my parents were so impressed with the chicken karai and kebabs they ate in. Went in and placed order for peri peri chicken and lamb karai with 2 garlic naan. We paid and the young guy said 25 mins because the chicken takes some time. Fair enough. Came back 30 mins later and yes it was busy but I could see people who ate in and ordered when I did were eating or getting their food. I asked if my order was ready, he said name? Told him you never took one, so I told him my order, he went checked and told me 10 more minutes, so waited another 15 minutes (luckily I had whudu as I was fuming as my other food in the car was getting cold). Asked again and I got a silent gesture that its nearly ready. Got to 60 mins in total now so told the guy, brother its been one hour now and I could hear them talking at the back but still no confirmation its done. Walked out to get cool air and came back, waited 5 more minutes and I got given a bag with food, he never looked at my face to apologise or anything. So told him not even an apology, wow. So the chicken peri peri was OK, dfc style but not as good. Curry was so strong/garam no one ate it, something defo wrong with it, iA my mum may try to revive it tomorrow for lunch.

Am sure your guys food is good as you were busy but a lot to improve on. Won't be back here any...

Came and the place was busy. 50 mins wait for food. TIP - if you come here. Pre order the food then make your way so your not sitting for hours ☺️

Decided to go for steak and tbh wasn’t sure what to expect. It’s not really a steak house. Prices very cheap and they put sauce/marinade on the steak ?!

It finally came. Orders the tomahawk. Wasn’t big. Didn’t have a lot of meat but for the price can’t complain. It’s half the price of other steak houses.

The sauce actually wasn’t bad, I believe it’s as it’s an African/ Indian restaurant they have out their own twist on it.
