I enjoy low prices and bulk buying of quality herbs and spices as well as world foods. What I don't appreci is my intelligence being insulted when customer service staff making the law up as the go along regarding consumer rights. This afternoon a refund has been, reluctantly, agreed with me only because I stated the relevant law! However components were missing (I forgot to pack them) I explained I'd be back in 20 minutes the member of staff failed to let me know the shop was closing until 2pm so I'm sitting here waiting for an hour for it to open! Like I don't have better things to do or petrol to burn! I won't be shopping here again. He had the audacity to tell me just this once I told him no it's not just this once it's the law! He didn't want to give me the refund to begin with and that was just his weak attempt at trying to gain authority. It came to my attention as my bill was quite big at a glance which led me to check my receipt after which I claimed a refund. Please do check your receipts before leaving this store to avoid being overcharged due to cashier neglect at check out. Also I purchased dairy farm very low fat natural yogurt few times from this store and it goes off before its expiry date my advise woukd be to avoid chiller section yogurts from here as its happened on more than one occasion and getting a refund or exchange in my experience is not easy at this place so please hold onto your receipts as proof of purchase for any item to avoid...

For one parcel you have to wait 20 minutes even if you paid at another till and forget you have a Parcel and to stand in till one. Checkout lady was extremely rude when i suggested they should have a till specially for Parcels. Pakfoods could solve this by having till one only for parcels and baskets! Unfortunately they do not want to improve their staff or services. Pakfoods should not be taking in parcels if they can not accommodate a proper service for parcel drop off & collection.
