Lebanese Kebab House — Restaurant in Great Britain

The most horrible experience encountered, the employee behind the counter explained to us that if we were to pay £20.00 for our meal (£5 just for a burger), we would have included a portion of fries and a drink, only to find out that after a debit card transaction is made the management took no thought and consideration towards us as customers, using the excuse of the place being busy and relying on fast turn around times for orders being placed. We argued our points across to only have another employee who seemed like the manager clearly saying “it’s a miss in communication, however there’s nothing that can be done, you will have to pay extra”. I’d rate this establishment to 0 if given the opportunity, poorly managed, poor customer experience. Would 100% recommend staying away from this place! (Forgot to mention the burger looked as if it was clearly put on the fryer for 5 seconds...

I've been over charged before and questioned it, so was given the difference back but yet again tonight I ordered a half pounder burger which on the board is £6 yet they tried to charge me £9.50 without any chips or salad! When I walked out the doorman asked me what was wrong I told him and was still quoted £7. I've had a bit to drink but I'm still capable of reading so firstly what's the point of the price board if you don't stick to it and secondly what about all the other customers they are blatantly ripping off. I will 100% be reporting to trading standards for false advertising and If they are over charging every drunken customer then they are taking the mick out of most of their clients, having worked in many bars across Windsor for 20 years I will be making sure that everyone I know will not be coming here...

I visited Windsor from Monday 9th October for one week with work.

I travel a lot around the country and it’s safe to say I love my food. I visited your kebab shop at least four times during my stay and I must say that I was very impressed with the standard of food which was served along with your customer service. It was tremendous and very professional. I couldn’t recommend this kebab shop enough :-) keep up the amazing work and good luck...
