TLDR - Overall very tasty food with nutritional information listed.
I travel away 4 days per week, so finding options that provide me with the calories and macros is a rarity. When i saw this place i knew i had to try it.
Let me preface this by saying that i am a big believer in eating minimal processed and additive free food. I bake my own bread, only use sauces from certain brands, dont drink any fizzy drinks (diet and sugar free included), no alcohol, and my diet is essentially just meat, sweet potato, eggs, cheese and milk. I am usually very very very very strict.
With that being said, I am away until Friday this week *currently Tuesday), and my meal prep food has already been eaten.
As they say, all things in moderation, and I decided to treat my self to the following:
I Can't Hit My Protein!" Deal for 1 - This included a bacon cheese burger, curly chicken bbq loaded fries, 1 nacho dip, and 1 biscoff shake.
The burger was super. One of the nicest burgers ive had in a while. Tender meat, really juicy and the bun was great too. Only complaint would be the size, id like a slightly bigger burger.
The loaded fries were a massive let down. Will happen naturally, however leaving the fries under sauce and chicken will only cause them to go mushy. Really ruined the flavour for me, and i was also not a fan of the bbq sauce used for the chicken. Was very reminiscent of the BBQ sauce found in the Aldi 'quicksters' microwave burgers i use to eat back when i was obese. Chicken was nice and tender, but the sauce ruined it for me. Not a fan of this dish.
Nacho cheese dip - Tasty for what it was, but I dont think it makes sense to have it with this meal. I'd have preferred another more conventional option, BBQ, mayo, ketchup, ect.
Biscoff Shake - Not going to sit here and claim this is exactly a health food, but it was incredibly flavoursome and thick, something alot of shakes from places like this lack.
-Frozen Protein Açai - Cannot fault this at all. Incredibly tasty, fruit tasted great, again, just wanted a slightly bigger portion.
Overall enjoyed what I had. Giving the macros and calories is a huge plus. Improve the loaded fries and were...
Read moreFairly new business with amazing high protein food options & amazing food portions for it's price. It is also conveniently located next to the gym group.
I entered and was immediately greeted as a friend not a customer which was a nice change. The staff are wonderful, ready too help, perfect for food advice options, quick service etc.
The food main is simple yet varste, they offer a selection of burgers, burritos and rice bowls. For my food option I got the Taco Beef Bulk Boxes which was £12. It offered a total protein count 58g, 73g of Carbs and 32g of fats with coming of a total calorie count of 834 cals.
The bowl was delicious, it had simple ingredients but delivered amazing flavours. The bowl was constructed of half aloe rice and curly fries on the base, with taco mince that had a rich spicy seasoning too it, a red cabbage salad and finally too finish the bowl of BBQ & saracha sauce, feta, jalapenos and a couple of spring onions as garnish.
The drinks they offer are as follows; fizzy drinks, milk shakes and hot & iced coffee. I got the Biscoff milkshake which I would give it a 5/ 10. The milkshake tasted really flavourless and powdery however this could be due to the fact it has protein powder added too it. The milkshake was very light, classic and low sugar (or no sugar). It also had biscoff bits inside it, from the blending. Personally not a fan however would give it another chance later. As for it's price £5.

Read moreI walked in and had a look at the menu as it was my first time, and within a few seconds, I was being served. All of the staff were friendly and compassionate. I ordered my meal and was told it would be around a 5 minute wait time. Whilst waiting I had a look at the restaurant. It appeared to be very clean, and I was instantly struck by their monthly fitness challenge which allows you to get a free item depending on if you place first, second or third in the challenge. The food itself was juicy and full of flavour with a good crunch on their curly fries. The milkshake was nice and sweet as well. All the while, as the place name suggests, the macros that the food contained was clearly visible on their menu. Overall my meal came to £15 which is quite average in today's economy. I would highly...
