Really disappointed with my visit to Naafiah in Blackpool. I ordered the Special Cheese Burger, which was clearly advertised on the menu as a combination of a cheeseburger and a flamed chicken burger, with fried onions on a garlic butter bap. When it arrived, I opened it up and found only a lamb patty inside, no chicken at all. I asked the staff about it, and the response was basically, “Oh, that’s a mistake on the menu, it’s just a cheeseburger.” That’s completely misleading. If you’ve changed the item, why not change the menu or at least inform customers before they order? It’s false advertising, plain and simple. On top of that, the burger was burnt and dry, genuinely unpleasant. I also got a margherita pizza, but it came out chewy, soggy, and overloaded with garlic for some reason. The inside of the place was dirty and run down, which was surprising considering it only opened a week ago. It already looks like it’s been open for years without a proper clean. Prices were extortionate for the quality of food and service. Also worth mentioning the entrance door, it looks like an automatic door, but it’s not. You have to slide it open manually, and it’s really heavy with no handles. It takes actual strength to open and close it using just your fingers, and then you’re told to close it behind you as well. There’s no way the average person especially elderly, disabled, or anyone with a child could open and close that door easily. It’s poorly designed and definitely not accessible. Wouldn’t recommend and definitely won’t be going back.

We popped in on a sunny weekday lunchtime during the summer holidays, hoping to support this new local business and enjoy a spot of lunch by the sea. While I want to see new local business succeed, If I’m leaving a review, it has to be honest - otherwise, what’s the point? The good bits first: the location is really good, with cracking sea views if you sit outside. The decor feels authentic, the place was clean when we visited, and the food itself tasted nice. Now for the slightly eyebrow‑raising bits: when we arrived, there was only one other table occupied and their food was nearly ready. Even so, our order took just over 45 minutes to appear. With two members of staff and not many customers, you’d think it would be quicker. Ordering was also a bit of a waiting game - you stand about until someone emerges from the kitchen to take your details, which isn’t the warmest welcome. We were patient, but I can see how others might not be quite so forgiving - we did infact see a few groups of people walk in afterwards, then walk out. Oh, and a small mystery: the “cheeseburger” and the “special cheeseburger” appeared to be identical. Another reviewer said the same, so it’s not just me. Unless changes are made, you could save yourself the excitement and just pick the cheaper "cheeseburger" option. I’d be happy to visit again, and I’d really like to see this place do well. Hopefully next time, the service matches the service Naafiah is know for! Accepted card payment on our visit. Staff verbally confirmed the food here is halal.

We were visiting Blackpool for the day and initially went inside Naafiah to pray salah as they provide salah facilities for all, even if you're not a paying customer. This is such a brilliant and rewarding gesture. May Allah reward them abundantly. Just be mindful that the prayer room is downstairs and you will need to go down a narrow, steep staircase to get to it. Two of my kids liked the look of the food inside and decided to get their lunch from here. The lovely man serving us was extremely polite and friendly and waited patiently for a very long time while my kids decided what they wanted to order. They eventually ordered loaded fries and spicy doner & chips. Both of these meals tasted delicious. My daughter wants to go back to Blackpool just to have a Naafiah! My sons doner & chips although deliciously flavoured, we found it a bit too salty for our liking. It may just be the sauces etc in the spicy doner. I wasn't sure if they sprinkled salt on top too. I am really looking forward to going back to Naafiah to try some of their other foods next time I am in Blackpool. We managed to park in a small carpark on a side street near Naafiah. There are a lot of small, convenient carparks around.

I can't upload pictures to this review but.will elsewhere on review sites Was served today by Sid? Well that's what it said on the receipt I dont know what legal age us to be working but he looked about 13 I asked him.what kind of beef burgers he had and he said cheese or donner or.. I stopped him at donner and paid him the £6 in cash in 6 × £1 coins l counted them out to him There was a lot of discussion and then.a man came from.the back said that was a meal deal and included chips and a a can.too .....fabulous The young man hadn't opened the till to put the cash in. He showed him how to do it. Then asked me for.another £1. I asked why and he said he only.had £5 in his hand l said you have accepted the payment you should now not be asking me for extra. He agreed but still asked me for it. So after counting the remaining 4 x £1 coins in my bag that made up the £10 l had l knew l was right. Anyway what's a £1 but l wonder how it would be the other way if l asked them saying they had short changed me? Meal came BUT ir was just some very placid donner meat on a regular bun no sign of.a beef burger!! I asked sid about the drink he had to go.into the back and ask again No serviette was given Outside area was very dirty and l photographed an old receipt too showing table area had not been cleaned for.days Sorry guys this is not how to do business Won't be returning or...
