Myself and my mother in law booked here for a joint birthday celebration, we booked x3 tables of 6 under 3 names as they don't have access to book for a large party - that being said - Paloma went above and beyond to accommodate us. They made sure we had 3 tables together, welcomed everyone so warmly & making sure we had shade umbrellas if we wanted them & then catered to a lot of needs - vegan, veggie & gluten free. When it came to taking our orders, we asked if we could order from different menu's, they accommodated this, even though they ended and started at the same time (breakfast & BBQ menu) and stayed on top of what our large & awkward group ordered - even offering an extra item for GF as the bread is smaller than their normal sourdough. There were some delays in everyone getting all food at the same time, but this is understandable when cooking BBQ food & for a large party, so this wasn't a problem for me - a lot of food places bring food out as and when it's done. When it came to paying they made it very easy for us to pay by splitting the check per table. All of this whilst being understaffed on the August bank holiday - couldn't have asked for a better day to celebrate. Will definitely be coming back, thank...
Read moreWe booked for a large party at 12pm but when we arrived there was only one menu for the entire table and we had to wait until 1pm for breakfast to end and the BBQ to start. The BBQ options were burgers for £13, hotdog for £10 or a side of fries for £4. Extremely slow service as none of the items arrived together, some of our party finished their meals whilst mine had yet to arrive and I had to ask the waitress to find the whereabouts of my food. The portions were very small almost a kids meal size.
We also ordered a virgin cocktail which was about to be served to a 12 year old. We asked about whether it had alcohol in it and the waitress said yes and a virgin one was on its way.
The prices on the receipt did not match up to what was on the board with many items being a pound higher (fries for £5 instead of £4).
Would rather recommend chinchin or toppers and toast.
Note: After posting this, the restaurant offered £200 in-store credit to remove it and suspicious five star reviews from staff appeared, so we are leaving this up to give future customers accurate expectations.

Read moreThe waitresses were polite and nice but unfortunately the food was not ok. The hot dogs were very small and the bread used wasn’t nice. The chips were upped to £5 (different to the £4 on the menu displayed outside the bbq) and they were a small portion. £13 burger on the board charged £14, small. Feel robbed. We enjoy toppers and toast and chin chin etc but unfortunately this wasn’t up to scratch and a lot of us came home miserable and feeling robbed.
Update: care to explain the private accounts viewing my Instagram and a partner of one of your staff requesting my partners private account, all of this just because we had a...
