Pascal’s Brasserie is first of all authentic, ‘charmante’ and unique
.Pascal himself is running his laboratory and young team of apprentices with dedication and precision making sure customers are the priority. We’ve especially appreciated the cosy and romantic atmosphere created by the wood decor and French old music playing softly in the background. Unfortunately our timing was not the best as we wanted to try some of the French traditional dishes served at launch time and after, but it’s definitely a place to go back to when in Weymouth
4/5 stars for florentine eggs because hollandaise sauce was missing, I was expecting more taste; 3 stars for the Walnut cake which was huge and much too sweet, but probably what customers want these days; 3 stars for the flat white as it was more like milk with a hint of coffee . 5 stars for overall experience as we’ve enjoyed every moment at Pascal’s place.

Excellent food. Very difficult to choose from the menu as everything sounded delicious. Tartiflette was stunning. Very hot, very cheesy and very garlicky! Perfect. The croque ocean was also excellent. Sadly both my son and myself were too full to try the really tasty sounding sweet menu. Definitely going to be visiting again. Great staff service and great prices too. Definitely 5* from me. Looking forward to next time 😃 Now on our third visit. Another stunning tartiflette and tried the traditional tart tatin. Very nice and well worth the wait. (I believe it is cooked to order) Delicious with the vanilla ice cream! Excellent service from the 2 lads waiting tables too.

I cannot rate this place enough for a breakfast personally I think it's the best in Weymouth all fresh and cooked to a high standard not a typical greasy spoon fry up by any means and im not suggesting there is anything wrong with a traditional English but if you want a breakfast that's just class the Pascal's is the place to go

Went in for breakfast. Sat us down and after a few minutes were asked to move to a different table, no idea why, but moved anyway. It was busy and told there would be a little wait for food as the kitchen was 'overwhelmed', and then they left us at our table without even offering a menu or drinks. After about 10 mins we had to ask for the menu, and if we could order, and then after a further 10 mins, our tea arrived. The team seemed really disinterested and were leaning on the entrance door gazing outside, rather than being attentive to the customers. After almost an hour, still no food, and when we got the servers attention, he checked and said it would be another 10 mins. Several tables who ordered after us had already received and finished their food, and when we asked why ours was missed, we were told 'Pascal messed up the order'! When we came in, several customers told us how wonderful the food was, but we will never know as we decided not to stay for breakfast after waiting over an hour for egg on toast, and were not prepared to wait any longer as the staff did not have any empathy or interest in resolving the issue, in fact when we told them to cancel the food order the response was 'fine - go to the counter and pay for your tea' Mistakes happen, but the way they are dealt with is what makes or breaks the situation, and the young team serving on Sunday have a lot to learn. This could have been avoided if they had paid attention to their customers, as the issue would have been picked up sooner, if they had actually checked in on us whilst waiting instead of being more interested in what's going on...

We visited your place on 9/8/20 We sat down ordered our lunch /breakfast which I will say was very nice at 11.30am .

We were not asked for any names for track and trace at all which we found very worrying.

The young waiter was very helpful and very polite ,could not do enough for us ,but for the other guy that was working with him which I guess the manager,,was very rude.

He kept giving us dirty looks as we had pulled 2 tables together , but we were in our bubble of 5 ,no signs saying we couldn't do this.

Then we over heard him have a go at the young waiter about it , which was not nice it was not his fault.

The manager should of spoken to us instead of assuming that the young waiter hadn't told us not to as we were all together.

Then when we were leaving the manager had another go at him I think he thought we were going to walk off without paying, we felt so sorry for the young guy.

We will not be going back again with a manager like that very disappointed

Well done to the young guy for serving us you done a...

I wouldn't normally leave a bad review like this but i'm so appalled at the bad treatment and service we received at Pascal's today. My friend and I sat down to lunch with my 4 month old little girl, and we ordered a glass of rose each. When it was served the young waiter knocked the entire glass of wine over myself and my baby completely soaking us. We were so drenched that she had to be changed and i had to take my shoes off to dry. The waiter barely registered or apologised. The manager then came out and demanded to know if we still wanted the lunch we had already ordered. We did but asked if the wine could be taken off the bill to compensate. We were rudely told it couldn't and that "accidents do happen." He then stalked off before I could reply. Nothing was offered as an apology despite the wine going over my baby's head. I then cut my foot on the broken glass underneath the table. Extremely poor customer service despite the food actually being decent. They should be ashamed...
