We used to go here regularly as there's lots of seating, good location, clean and tidy. The coffee is decent but the snacks and sandwiches are hit and miss. Despite that, it was our go to Café in Perth High Street for a quick break before catching the bus home.

That changed after an unnecessary fuss about our child's behaviour. Our child is Autistic and has poor understanding of social norms, but never caused a problem in this Café. Rather, a staff member chose to make his behaviour a problem for themselves.

A manager had to speak to us at our table and offered a semi apology but it was too little, too late. We felt humiliated by it all and have never been back since.

Other Cafes in Perth know us as regulars and make allowances for our child. Nothing big, no special treatment, just a little understanding and respect. It makes all...

As someone who loves Starbucks drinks and food. It's easy for me to enjoy each bit of nearly any Starbucks I've ever been in.

That being said, I think some of the Starbucks decor could do with an update. Theres brick on the inner walls that make it look quite old fashioned- although it does work.

The drinks are great, just as good as any others. I'd recommend the vanilla frappé with the chocolate sprinkles, the way they make it in the Perth Starbucks is amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

The staff have very fast service. And can be slightly pushy when it's near mid day. I'd say from about 12:3.30pm is the busiest time of the day.

The shop closes at 7:30pm so you have plenty time after school or work to get one if you would like.
