Fab Fab Fab!! Really reasonably priced for food & drinks. Even their cocktails good price and even better tasting! The place was bright clean and the decor was very nice but not in your face. 4 of us went for dinner and a few drinks for a birthday celebration. Service was very good. The girl serving sorry I didn't catch her name but she was from Newcastle way! She was lovely friendly polite professional but had good banter. It could have been because we were only 1 of 2 groups we got our drinks efficiently but the food although everything was exceptional and you could tell had been cooked freshly. I wouldn't want to be eating here when it's busy. The food was really tasty & well presented. Sorry we were so hungry I forgot photos! The wagyu burgers were brilliant really meaty. I added cheddar cheese and bacon to mine. Full size back bacon was used. It's great that you can customise them but I think they're needing to look at the price of some of them! Jalapeño £1 compared to a fried egg £1.20. My husband had the chicken fajitas he liked that every eliment was served in separate dishes and the tortillas were kept warm in the little covered dish. The sound & smell of fajitas being served on the skillet made everyone ooo & aaaaahhh. My friend had a customised pizza which was a beautifully thin based flavourful creation with plenty of toppings to choose & customise your pizza. Her partner also had a wagyu burger. He is very fussy with food and even he loved the burger. We both found the bun although brioche buns are fabulous tasting they both fell to bits quickly. He tried 3 or 4 of their cocktails especially since it was his birthday and he really enjoyed them said there was a good balance in alcohol and flavours to choose from & when drinking them. Low Standard Visited Sat 3rd Oct 7 pm waiter took our order My wife ordered a chicken starter I ordered mushroom soup we both opted for sirloin steak both medium rare with chips and my wifes with mash potatoes and the usual sides of mushrooms etc and also a jug of iced water (that we had to request again ) firstly they got my wifes starter wrong I was served the soup and my wife garlic mushrooms they took away the mushrooms but wanted to leave the soup I told them to take it away and bring it back with the chicken we ordered after another wait of around another 15min the waiter returned with our starters and obviously the same bowl of soup reheated as there was now a skin on top of it but to be fair it tasted ok.After another wait of around 20min we received our mains bearing in mind here there was only our table and another eating at this point the others were only drinks being taken. Now whatever the meat on our plate was it certainly was not sirloin steak also both of us got chips no mash when we cut into what they said was sirloin steak it was overcooked and tasted terrible all gristley really disgusting.I called over another waiter and told him I wasn't pleased and to take it away he did and said he would get the manager who turned out to be the waiter who originally served us up our meal he reimbursed my bill without even asking why I wasn't pleased.Its obvious to me that he is used to...

Awful experience last night. Booked a table for 4.30pm day before ,when arrived people have been sitting at my table. Have been told they have also booked at 1pm and sitting there since. Questioning their staff and Manager David how is this possible he said the bar does not have a rules how long a guesses can occupy their table ( every other restaurants has 2-3 hrs policy) and as long as they eat they can stay. So what is the point of booking a table??? Me andy friends ended up on filthy chairs and when other "better" table cleared we moved there. The service was very slow.
