I got an order of 2 coffees and 2 cakes from this place and the when the driver tried to give me the bag it was soaked through with coffee. This is how my coffee was delivered to me. Then the driver left saying well enjoy your cakes. Unbelievably rude!! When I phoned the speak the store I was told the driver had lied and said my dog was at the door barking (he was no where near the front of the house) and that I had taken the bag with one hand, even if this was the case it shouldn’t have mattered because the bag shouldn’t have been wet and burst. I now have no coffee and the restaurant say they have no responsibility to give me a refund or even an apology. Wish I could give it 0 stars.

Ordered a delivery from Sweet N Up, it was not clear on their menu on Deliveroo that all the waffles came automatically with Nutella on top. The order was for someone who had a nut allergy so unfortunately we were unable to eat that. We called them up and they were extremely nice about it! They immediately sent us a replacement with any sauce that we wanted. It was speedy, delicious, and the portions were big! Would definitely revisit, thank you! 🧇

absolute scammers! made an order and about an hour and a half later it says enjoy your food when no food had arrived. Called up the place to say we hadn't received anything to then be told that the driver came tried to call ( which he didn't) and then left. The man on the phone then said that he would send the driver back but we would need to pay £3.95 for delivery again. We said we didn't have cash and then he told us he didn't actually have the flavours/cake that we had ordered. This doesn't make sense as he told us that it had already been out for delivery once. If he didn't have the stuff that we had ordered then what did he send out in the first delivery?? After ordering I read some more reviews to read that I am not the only person that this company had...

so me and my family ordered the share box thought it would be a nice treat for a saturday night i ordered it at 8:20 and said delivery would be 21:10-21:30 i do appreciate that it can take time to make and get here so i understood it might take up to an hour at 21:30 i got i notification saying my food had been delivered but i sat with no food for another 45minutes after this the food finally arrived at 10:10 which is nearly 2hours!!!!!! after i ordered it i then opened to discover my food was freezing i decided to heat it up but it still had that cold old food taste wont be...
