The New Globe — Restaurant in Great Britain

Was a Great wee place for brekky scrambled egg brill till it got took over. I was in other week seemingly had just opened ordered 2 breakfasts tea and coffee. Coffee and tea came stone cold I kid you not sent it back returned with wee bit of heat and coffee couldn’t drink as it was meant to be white coffee. Breakfast got served but only one as hadn’t written other one down 😡mines came I kid you not my square sausage was still alive. When paying I told him not to charge for coffee or sausage as it was still alive and said he better watch what he’s doing before he makes someone Ill. Didn’t have a clue we saw various people getting up and leaving. I hope they raise they’re game before they go out the game shocking way to serve food. Re your answer it was a Sunday was your 1/2nd day of opening and your waitress said sry we’ve been let down and I can assure you if you were the owner that charged me you were told about sausage and the coffee and service was abysmal to say the least. So take the review as a positive and stop trying to defend what service you provided on that day.ps why would I want to call in when I’m getting service like that I’ve frequently ate in that cafe...

The food is delicious, simply second to none. The owners, with their heart-warming kindness, take care of you as soon as you’ve stepped inside. I’ve never met such friendly and lovely people in my life and I doubt I ever will. It’s a place where E-V-E-R-Y-O-N-E is invited, no questions asked. You want splendid food? You got it. You need a cordial conversation and atmosphere? You got it, too. There’s nothing missing in Globe Café - whatever it is you need from a place to eat, look no further, ‘cause you’ll DEFINITELY find it there. My friend and I were delighted with the quality food and the extraordinary service combined with warmth manifested by the exceptionally hospitable owners. What a little gem the new Globe Café is! We visited today all the way from North Wales, and from the moment we walked in, we were made to feel so welcome just like regular locals. The staff were incredibly friendly and warm, creating such a lovely atmosphere.

The food was piping hot, absolutely delicious, and served promptly. The café itself was spotless and very reasonably priced, which is always a bonus when you’re out as a family.

It was also wonderful to see a traditional Scottish café offering all the classics a real taste of local charm that you don’t find everywhere these days.

Keep up the great work, we truly hope to return one day. Highly recommended! 👍🏻
