1 star for each lce Cream...... Went here with my Daughter the other week. We were served by the Australian Assistant. Requested our lce Creams, and paid for them with a £10 note, just before our change was given, we were asked if we wanted a Stamp Card for a free lce Cream. So said yes. Then sat down to eat our lce Cream, 2 or 3 seconds later l suddenly realised l hadn't got my change, £3. I asked the Assistant, and she said she'd given it to us. Well l couldn't find it. When we left my Daughter who's in her 20s said that she didn't give us the change. She said that she probably pocketed the £3, and that's how she gets extra money, as the till just says change. The points card was a distraction ruse, hoping we would forget about the change not given. Anyway WE never went back there for the rest of the 2 week holiday. They lost our business. Shame really coz the lce Cream was lovely, shame about the highered help. Suggest You ALL check your change from here in future. Especially if there's a large...

My partner ordered one scoop, the man serving didn’t know where any of the flavours were and had to ask us to point it out, which we did 3 times before he found it. He then nearly put it into a cone when we had asked for a tub, and put in 2 scoops when we had asked for 1. I also had to direct him to the ice cream flavour, despite it being the only one with raisins in. Ice cream had already melted by the time I left the shop, ice cream was nice but service was absolutely awful and clearly need more training before...

We asked at lunchtime, what time they closed and they said 6pm, so we got there at 5.45 to have 4 cones but they were closing up! When I mentioned we were told closing was at 6pm she said she had to be off at 6! Therefore the closing time was 5.45 although this may have been a one off.

Shame as my kids were disappointed and so was I as I wanted to try the blackcurrant and liquorice. Well try to go back again and I'll...
