Overall... great experience! Parking is hit and miss as the free street parking is usually taken by visitors to the area or hotels. That said, there are two car parks on either side of the 'strip' you can use. The building itself was built in the 1930s so don't expect it to be a super modern state of the art experience. Though it is clean and tidy and gives that authentic old school British feel! There are changing rooms poolside, and depending on how busy it is you can use as a sort of locker for all of your belongings. If not they have to be kept poolside until your session is over. We tried the geothermal pool which is lovely and warm and offers the unique experience of swimming in warm seawater on a typical wet and cold English day! The sessions last an hour, which to be fair, is the right amount of time..the staff were friendly and helpful. Naturally, everything in the gift shop was over priced but we still got a nice magnet for 4 pound :). I would definitely recommend it for something to do for an hour or so. This activity mixed with the nearby shops, arcades and chippy equals a nice little day out!

It's a nice lido with plenty of space to lay out. It's a nice size pool with a smaller toddler pool in the corner. There are loads of changing rooms around the edges but they have no doors. Convenient but not 100% private. I guess they are also shady places to suit out of the sun too. I'm not a local and I am not aware of what the cafe was like before the refurb. I'm sure the latest incarnation is much improved. However... After just 30 minutes of opening the were no croissants left. Surely they should have a supply through the morning, instead of 4 or 5 for the first who arrive. No cream or marshmallows for the kids' hot chocolate. The service this morning was painfully slow, even with two or three people on it. No ice creams served today because "the girl who serves then from the ice cream bicycle didn't turn up today." Is she the only person qualified to exchange an ice cream for some money?? Overall this place is ok and a fun day out, if this is your thing. Deck chair hire is reasonable too at just £2 each. Ok, I'm not that desperate for an ice cream, not cream on a hot chocolate but at least be in a position to offer weekdays on the menu. The main thing that let the lido down today is the cafe - queues were long and service was slow. Not because it was really busy but just frustratingly slow service. Pool was ok though.

Prebooked the geothermal pool. Was a nice experience. Pool was indeed warmed to a really pleasant temperature and was clean. Once your time slot comes around it's very quick to get in, get changed etc. The Downsides; it's very expensive for what it is. £30 for a 55min swimming session is expensive no matter where it is. The changing facilities are very basic. There's some small cubicles and some have doors. There's a couple of shower cubicles. No doors on these. No lockers to put your stuff in so you just bring it out and leave it poolside. There's a bar up top and again felt expensive for what you got, and iced coffee, iced chocolate and a juice was near £15. It's supposed to be art deco but feels very much like brutalism. Very little in the way of chairs next to poolside, just some concrete to sit on. No plants or anything to brighten it up? So yeah, an am experience, it's nice but very expensive for what you're getting.

Family of 3 visited today (2 adults, 1 child). We had booked an afternoon session, arrived 1.5hrs early so we're allowed to "upgrade" by paying £1/£2 for the extra time. Once you have your wristband you can dip in and out so can nip out for food etc. There is a cafe on site, we only had ice cream and a drink so can't comment on quality. Deckchairs for hire at reasonable price. Water really cold (expected) but refreshing and is truly from the sea as we saw a small crab in there today. Lots of lifeguards available. Inflatable obstacle course on main pool which was very popular. We were unable to book a slot for the thermal pool as it was fully booked but we did only book this morning. Overall a lovy day out, would recommend and would consider visiting again if we are in the area.

Always such a joy to visit Jubilee. Booked an all-inclusive deal for a solo visit and had a memorable, relaxing spa day here. Loved alternating between the geothermal and cold pool and the new sauna is brilliant. Pool temperature at 15.5 was actually too warm for me; I’m a cold-water swimmer and will have to come back in the autumn/winter 💙. Friendly, generous staff at the cafe, the whole area is well-staffed with lifeguards and very well-kept, I always feel safe. Wonderful facilities, tasty food and coffee. The only suggestion I have is that it would’ve been good to have a few more hot options on the menu, even in the summer for cooler mizzly days like when I visited. Always look forward to my next visit. Curious if the geothermal gets turned up in winter?

We went to the geothermal pool, which was lovely if not as warm as it could be. There had been a lot of rain overnight and in the morning, and the temperature had gone down to 26 degrees, which is more like your indoor pool temperature, but still lovely to swim in outdoors. We booked tickets in advanced which is advisable because looking at the booking availability, the spaces go quickly. There's plenty of changing rooms and lovely warm showers to rinse off the salt water after your swim. My only criticism is that it's an incredibly creepy place 😆 but that's 1930's architecture for you. A couple of colourful murals wouldn't go a miss and would help cheer things up. Overall, though, if you get the chance, it's a great experience.
