Horrendous place! Very long queues and very slow service at the counter - clearly understaffed. As for the actual products served - cheating with short measures, and poor quality. My large hot chocolate tasted like warm frothy coloured water with the smallest hint of something resembling drinking chocolate. Awful. My friend had a large Chai Latté - again, short measure and flavourless. Both drinks were not hot enough, both seemed to have been made with milk diluted with water. To me, this seemed like an attempt to rip customers off!
As for the premises - tables cluttered with previous customers crockery/cutlery and food leftovers for far too long - in excess of over 30 minutes. Tables filthy, seats not very clean, floor peppered with various liquid spills. Ceiling covered in black soot around air conditioning vents - meaning a gross lack of maintenance, and a health & safety and hygiene risk! And then there is the noise . . . pardon, sorry, what did you say? . . . the NOISE - it is extremely LOUD in this store. Many modern Costas seem to be prone to excessive noise - due to poor interior design - ie, no soft furnishings, no drapes etc which would help deaden noise. But this Yarmouth establishment was especially bad. I left with ringing in my ears and both my friend and I gained a headache each!

Their profits remain in the UK - so can be reinvested back into the UK economy. Unlike that certain other scum coffee chain Starfcuks - who, like all American companies, worm their way out of paying VAT and Corporation Tax, and whose profits are diverted back to the USA to Prop up their...

She ignored me completely. She then went into the merrychef took the food out. Came back to the counter and put the white bin liners on the counter top. She still did acknowledge me.
