Disappointedly uninpressed. Came here for breakfast as my usual street café The Hamburger was closed. Breakfast was not pleasing to the eye & equally not pleasing to the taste. Beans were Luke warm, mushrooms swimming in watery liquid,. Egg was uneatable due to hard rubbery yolk & crispy net underneath & the slice of fried bread was just plonked under the egg in a complete slice not even cut in half to make it look better. The fried bread also seemed to have been fried for some time. Asked for a latte & recieved a flat white. Tables outside & inside seemed to take ages to before they were cleared to the extent that several customers moved the used plates to a main table that others had used. All in all I would not recommend & will certainly not revisit.

Nice large cafe with indoor & outdoor seating that sell a wide range of hot meals, snacks, cakes plus hot & cold beverages, I chose a slice of black forest gateaux with an americano coffee, I found the lady who served me very unfriendly as I only asked if they do cream with the coffee, I found a clean table & took a seat, unfortunately the cake was so rock hard & stale that I had a job to put my fork through it, plus my coffee just resembled hot water, very disappointing! If you would like to use WiFi, you need to go & ask for a code, good luck!

A lovely cafe with lots of space inside for pushchairs, wheelchairs and walkers. It's also dog friendly. Self service order at the counter and food is brought to the table. We ordered a chicken salad club sandwich and a ham and cheese toastie, 2 bags of crisps with a tea and a coffee. The cost was £25.00. The portion size was generous. Toilets are available at the rear of the cafe. A lovely atmospheres so we would definate eat here again.

Food was OK.... not great but pleasant. However it was NOT worth the effort. The staff were, unfortunately, clueless and rude. While trying to order food we had to repeat ourselves several times for the order to be taken. When asking details about food on the menu (details for allergies) they were unable to offer any more than basic descriptions, read from the menu (which we were able to read ourselves) and replied in a tone of arrogance as if we were either being stupid or being awkward. Less than impressed.

Then upon ordering they tried to claim that one particular dish I asked for was not even on the menu and argued the point with me. Only when I actually pointed it out to them on their own menu did they ask around the other staff who looked just as confused and said "must be out of stock" - goes to suggest that it is all reheated frozen food rather than fresh.

While waiting for the food, the baby in our party needed changing. We were horrified to find that the only changing facilities were in the female toilets. When the staffed were asked about what we (men) could use they said that the only option was for a female to change the baby. Luckily there was a female in the party but any single male parents will have no options but to risk using the female toilet facilities. In this day and age, it absolutely unacceptable that both male and female, or unisex options are not provided.

We were then also told (after already paying for the orders) that another of our choices were out of stock. I was horrified that they allowed me to pay for this dish before telling me. Naturally this meant a refund following a cheaper choice to replace it. However they claimed they were unable to refund straight back to the card that I originally used to pay with. Which I am afraid I just do not believe. I have never come across an inability to refund back to the card. Instead I was given my refund in small change. Not impressed!

Finally when the food was delivered - the four meals were brought out between 5 - 10 minutes apart from eachother which meant the first delivered meal was cold by the time the last arrived. Is it really too much to ask that these be brought out at the same time?? Every other restaurant manages it. Especially as the food was clearly reheated and so easily planned to be ready together.

The overall flavour of the food was not terrible. By no means delicious but pleasant enough. But it just was not worth the effort...

Was really disappointed with our visit here, we arrived just before 5pm and asked for the Sunday special which we were told they were no longer serving that, fair enough so we asked for pizza instead and they seemed quite unsure if they could do that as apparently the kitchen had been shut down.. we looked at each other and thought perhaps we’d just go elsewhere in that case however one of the staff agreed to make the pizzas for us which we saw ended up being a couple of frozen pizzas still in the wrapping! Was fairly overpriced for what it was. This was our first visit to Yarmouth in 5-6 years so felt really disappointed that we came here and had a bad experience instead of going elsewhere. They had a sign by the door with the Sunday special written on so I feel like this should’ve been moved into the back or wiped down so we knew they weren’t serving that any longer or perhaps even written they weren’t serving food at all as I’ve been told they stop serving food at 4pm so would have been much simpler to tell us this.

I have had to add to my original review as I currently have either staff or management of this establishment messaging me, I have been made aware that they stop serving food at 4pm and close at 5pm, I’m confused as to why they would have continued to take our order and serve us food if this is the case again why not tell us they can’t serve us? We would have just left without a problem at all. In regards to the pizza’s I’ve been told they are not frozen pizzas and are made fresh to order, and that what I saw was the pizza bases that were coming out of the freezer which correct me if I’m wrong makes it frozen does it not? Whether you put some fresh cheese on top or not doesn’t change the fact that a part of it came from a freezer and was not freshly made.

Thank you to the staff for accommodating us in terms of food however I highly recommend just informing people that you’re not serving...

Stopped to get a take out breakfast sandwich and drink. For 2 sandwiches and 2 drink my order was over £20. The now £10 baguette style sandwich recommended to me had 2 rashers of bacon in it and one sausage , split. I appreciate the the restaurant is not a greasy spoon cafe and whilst the service was very friendly, the orders were confusing to make and then my food was given to the wrong person, and then just left abandonef on the counter. The overpriced and poorly portioned food and tea were not worth the money. I also asked for a bag to carry my 2 takeout boxes with one hot and one cold drink and was presented with a Tesco carrier bag. I'm all for reused plastics but this didn't look professional, imo. For the over all price of £20.70 for 2 sarnies with minimal contents(and a tea and bottle of pop), I felt a review...
