Seen a cook smoke a cigarette, go back to cooking without washing their hands.

Last time I visited, They had deep fat fryers that they used to pre-cook the food in before putting on the big black cook tops... the oil was completely opaque and black with bits stuck to them.

I see a young woman (around 20s) ask for a certain sauce but he gave her the wrong one as when it was said about, they swore at the customer returning the incorrect order, wiped the sauce off and gave it back to them whilst still swearing like a sailor.

After all this, I will never return and would rather pay a bit more elsewhere where they actually treat the customers nicely and have a clean kitchen... I'm surprised they haven't been shut down yet!

Update 30/06/24 Saw another customer receive the wrong sauce, complained and received verbal abuse from staff again whilst insulting the man's wife!

Again another staff member smoking right outside then went straight back to cooking

Poor quality food, feeling hardly surprised given the state...

Edited 29th October 2023. We went there again and the prices have gone up but the portions have gone down.

The £1 hotdogs are tiny, kids portions, and the one that was £1 size wise is now £2. ' It's not the great bargain it used to be.

If you are visiting great yarmouth, then a visit to get a quick cheap bite here is an absolute must. From cheap hotdogs to the 1/2lb burgers. They cook a ton off, so the wait is just a matter of seconds. Yes, they are renowned for rolling the sausage around in the hot fat to warm it up, but hey, it works. The prices have remained solid and cheap for ages and have no doubt will for a long time to come. The coffee is also nice and well priced too. A £1 for a burger or hotdog might seem good but don't be fooled. As the saying goes you get what you pay for, and here I am still trying to work out if the burger I had was made with meat or sawdust as it was the most tasteless one I have had onions where a Mish mash of uncooked or burnt to a crisp. The three old guys running it looked more like they are doing the family Sunday afternoon BBQ then running a food outlet. And they don't listen to the order's when placed.
