What a terrible experience we had yesterday on one of these trains. The man driving our train was rude from the start and it was apparent he hated his job. We then had to listen to him berating passengers getting off a coach as it was parked where he wanted to be even though it was obvious to everyone that caravans had parked illegally in the coach drop off area. I suggest to this company that their staff get taught customer service skills. I certainly would not recommend that train ride anyway as it's more enjoyable walking the promenade than listening to an angry driver...

I took my 93 year old Grandma for a trip today. She was in a wheelchair so the train driver helped my Grandma on using a small step and supported her to get into the carriage. Each carriage had space for 4 people each. £2 one journey (10minute ride) or £4 return per person. There is roofing so if raining can still go on. They put the wheelchair on the back for us. The staff were very friendly, approachable and helpful with our journey. So worth doing and get to see the whole strip of Yarmouth if...
