McDonald's — Restaurant in Great Yarmouth

My food was absolutely brilliant, the burger was cooked very well and the chips was excellent as they weren't cold but really nice and warm. I had a medium coke with my handsome boyfriend and we both thought it tasted delicious because it wasn't too watery and it had lots of flavour. Also I was with my family and we had a enjoyable time at your restaurant. We had a load of laughs and jokes and was very happy eating at your spotless table with very helpful/kind staff. By the way I am watching a McDonald's advert right now and it's the one with the ice cream and I enjoyed the advert because I like ice-cream . Thank you Mr Roland McDonald for making the wonderful and thoughtful restaurant for me, myself and I . Although the floor was a little dirty but it was lucky because we were wearing shoes at the time. But apart from that little exception every was amazing. My auntie Emma had a kebab but I got really upset because she did not eat at your fantastic place of food. Yet she did like her Kebab and told me to tell you that it was a taster and she wasn't sure that it was enough. So please can you walk down regent street and go to istanbul kebabs and get her another one so she could enjoy and maybe Emma will go to your restaurant next time. My Mum said it was alright so I guess she's moody😂😂. I haven't done anything wrong though lol. My Cousin Chloe shouted it was great so she must very satisfied. My boyfriend has gone home now so I can't really ask him cause he's very tired after eating your food so you satisfied him . In my overall opinion I loved it and I remember one of your catchlines was "I'm lovin it" so you predicted my review. Had the "pleasure" of visiting this place around 9:00 pm 6/10/22. Upon walking in the first thing that greeted us was a group of 20 ish year olds sitting at a table swearing loudly at each other. We ordered, sat at a table which wasn't too close to them. The food arrived and it was as you'd expect from McDonalds, it was fine. While we were eating a group of 10-12 year olds, maybe 6 of them came in, and also were swearing loudly, kind of play fighting each other and didn't appear to buy any food, but were throwing each others phones around. The staff just didn't appear to take any notice of this, which in a way I understand, as they are there to flip burgers, not acting as bouncers. In fact hats off to them for being able to work in that environment. It can't be nice. Also I ask myself can I expect anything else from Gt.Yarmouth Town centre McDonalds, it would likely benefit from an authoritive figure, (security) to straighten the place out. So there you have it folks, a pleasant evening dining out in "the hood" Yarco South Central. Probably never eat there again. I'd recommend doing a grab and dash and eat...

Went into McDonalds today sat 17th oct 2020.ordered food ok,waiting for order ..angry..my number was 005.the employee called out 015 handing over a large bag with 2 drinks to 2 young girls.it looked the size of my order .The girls took the order. Then another employee called out 015 again but this time with a much smaller bag with 2 drinks. Nobody came forward. Looking at the board above,my number 005 had disappeared. I stepped forward to the counter and was about to say something when a member of staff walked past me with the 1st order. Apparently they took the wrong one.i interrupted and asked if that was my order.yes it was.I demanded a fresh new order,which after waiting another 10 mins after already waiting 15 minutes all I got given was a feeble apology. And nothing more.Absolutely disgusted with the service and actual owning up to major mistake and waiting time. Worst...
