Royal Kebab, Pizza & burgers — Restaurant in Great Yarmouth

Ordered food for delivery and the 7th of march I waited and waited but no delivery rang up the next day to complain and they told me they was an issue with the app and they would refund my money within the week still no refund I kept ringing but still no refund so I’ve decided to ring up tranding standards according to trending standards they can take a business to court or stop them operating all together I’ve been reading other peoples reviews and it seems it’s not the first time this has happened to other people please please please if anyone one reads my review on line please please please just report the business to trending standards they take these issues extremely seriously please do not hesitate and the ironie is I got a text message saying under new management get 10% off or a free meal if I spend £25.00 I’ve got a good idea is delivery what I ordered and paid for for the amount of £12.99 over a month ago and a free meal at my convenience at a later date of my choice absolutely terrible customer service please do not order on line you loose your money and you do not get your food delivered and no refund please be aware and cautions when purchasing food from them.. please don’t forget to report them to...

I was advised to try The food from royal kebab and was sceptical at first but after trying it I completely agree there is not another kebab shop in Great Yarmouth that even comes anywhere near the outstanding quality and amazing tasting food that royal kebab deliver every single time even rushed off their feet and piled up with orders every single time it's amazing and leaves such an incredible taste after it shows the commitment and passion that royal kebabs owner has towards his food and most importantly his customers he goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are blown away every time, even down to the honesty if it's super busy they wont tell you it will be ready in 40 mins hes honest and will tell you it could take up to 2 hours but the wait is justified by the unreal quality and dedication that goes into the food I would rather wait a full 2 hours to ensure I get to taste the amazing food that is produced by royal kebab every single time...

If your looking for a kebab or any sort of take away this place is a must try, I have had terrible experiences with many kebab shops in the Yarmouth area but never had a bad thing to say about this one, perfect food, excellent customer service, kind and flexible staff if you want something added or taken from your order they will happily do it without an issue my partner and I are extremely picky with our food especially our meats and they have yet to dissoppoint if your looking for some good food at good prices this is the place for you my partner is extremely fussy and picky with his food and it shocked me that he was so positive about the food and how well cooked and how delicious it is Keep up the great work you...
