It was a 01.01.2023 evening time .I place the order for party bucket in Local KFC.. We are been together With my Gf..

When we recieve the order my Gf want to check what we have inside,but I told her don't do that it will show a Bad Manner. How the Mess I was wrong Guys.We get only 1 Bucket instead of 3😅😅😅 but it been to late and we must back to KFC..

When we was trying to explain them what happened they answer been just shocked: we are almost close and we cannot do refund ( you didn't bring the food back to Kfc)) The Manager was friendly and I was told her.. Please do Refund.. She was replying few times I cannot do anything I'm so sorry ..

She really sorry to left me without food and time what been totally wasted..

When we was asking to provide all Names of colleagues who was been in that case .Manager didn't give any others name just Her..

All mood been ruined .They answer was we cannot help you guys..🤣🤣. I'm never ever been so upset..They gey full charge and don't want do anything for that case ..

My Gf put an official complaint to the KFC Squad ( the answer was less than in 24hr)

We get a refund for missing items..

Guys please check your order before you leaving .Or you will be upset like we was.

And Also 30% of they customers complaining about missing food in they orders.. Happy 2023 New year to Everyone.

Every single time we order for delivery they make a mistake. Once or twice I can live with but if these clowns were doctors there would be a public outcry….Hey Col. Sanders, patient Bob is dead as a dodo… he was supposed to have a heart op and you gave him a boneless banquet instead. Jeez thank god they aren’t. I know your job is difficult but really is it? All you have to do is give the correct order to the correct customer or oleaginous delivery drone. Maybe like Santa Claus you should check the list twice…just to see whose ordered a zinger or rice. Why do you keep ordering from them I hear you cry? Seriously I don’t know. Whenever we have a family take away, every couple weeks as a treat, I dread the family saying KFC. I Plead with them but my youngest daughter with a tear in her eye looks deep into my soul and states “maybe father, maybe…they might just get this one right for once” You not only messed this order up, you destroyed a young persons dreams and aspirations. I’m not angry, I am disappointed… oh and really really...

We have just been to this branch to grab some lunch and take home after shopping, as we tried to walk into the store a member of staff ( i suspect the duty manager if you can call him that) rudely shouted "closed" at us, we thought we had miss heard him so asked another member of the staff who just completely ignored us, to which the same useless manager again shouted "we are closed". When asked why, he ignored me and yet another member of staff replied due to taking in a delivery !!!!! The delivery in question was outside the front door, there was a pallet on the floor with 1 case of Fanta, 3 boxes and a case of something else, it took 5 members of staff to do this instead of serving, not only ourselves but other people who were told they the store was closed. They were so rude, no customer service skills and no manners what so ever. You would think KFC would want to retain customers even more so after all the issues they had not so long ago with not having hardly any items on he menus around the UK. Absolutely disgusting...
