We came here before hitting the shops. It's easy to miss as you have to wonder down a alley way. Inside they have an upstairs and lower ground seating area.
The menu consists of breakfast items until 12 then sandwiches and burgers etc afterwards.
We arrived bang on 11.40 so opted for the eggs Royal each aka smoked salmon, muffin, spinach and poached eggs smothered in hollandaise sauce. To drink I really wanted a shake but usually struggle to eat all my food so had a mocha.
The drinks were gorgeous with actual flecks of chocolate in mine. The food... everything was perfect, amazing portion, fresh ingredients and honestly the best variant of this dish I've ever tasted. Read moreWe visited by accident. We were looking for another cafe/tea room we visited a year ago in harborough and found ourselves here. I had sweet chili chicken quiche which wasn't much better with dried bits of chicken chunks in it. A bit overpriced too at £12 for a wedge of quiche, tiny bit of slaw and a cheap looking finally diced salad. Such a shame as with a bit more effort it could be lovely. Toilets were absolutely awful. I ended up apologising to the next lady queuing behind me for the condition it was in. Sadly we won't be...
