Burger King — Restaurant in Hastings

One star to much!, substandard portion sizes and massively inflated prices in comparison to a highstreet burgerking. - I think these prices even make some motorway services look competitive.

Although on a positive it's mostly cooked fresh to order......

Update: kids meal advertised as including toy but no longer is included - this is an example of s very poorly managed franchise of BK who haven't even managed to update their posters in store.

The price is high but.. as a franchise, I wouldn't expect anything less. I've been there both nights of being here and got served by two different managers, they've always gone above and beyond. It would be a shame to give them a low rating based on the actual prices. The service was good and I can tell that the staff do care. If I'm back here, I wouldn't think twice about coming here again.

P.s. they actually stayed open today over 11pm to keep serving the flurry of customers. Keep up the...

Waited 15min at the til and was almost complitly ignored by staff members as they were packing food for deliveries.It seemed this was more important for them as actual customers waiting there. I did not feel welcome. The holiday park season has started and it was 19.30h 23 April 2021 possibly peak time in the evening ?It was one till open Till 24PED 2708 when they did not manage to cope anymore. The management needs to adress this issue..Maybe more staff members needed at peak...
