Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Hastings

Havent used Costa Coffee for years due to past experience and i wont be using them again, especially this place. Very insipid overpriced coffee, just like Starbucks. The staff were miserable and need customer care training. To charge 45p extra for dairy free alternative in the day and age is wrong, especially when its £2.95 for a medium cup of insipid coffee already. Barista was so rude! She was dressed still in her bathrobe and had her night mask to cover her eyes on the forehead! (I mean just normal outfit to go work lol) No smile at all ! £4,20 the cappuccino (Nero is cheaper) and when you ask for cinnamon on top instead of chocolate she forced a fake smile and said we don’t do weird stuff! This appears to be the only takeaway coffee place which is capable of making a latte which is not too hot and is really thick and creamy. They always give you exactly what you ask for and are friendly, polite and work fast without making you feel like an inconvenience for taking a moment to look at the menu! They are always well stocked of sugar, stirrers and napkins and the seating area is clean and bright. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone passing...
