2 for 1 Pizza Place — Restaurant in Hinckley and Bosworth

🚨DO NOT!🚨 order from this place. Me and my partner placed an order using JUSTEAT. Our food arrived and everything was fine, we’ve been eating here regularly in the past. A few weeks ago we requested a refund as the food was cold, about 3 hours later after our food arrived from our previous order, the owner of the restaurant knocked our door in anger demanding for his “cold food” back and he insisted that we’ve been requesting refunds for ages! This was not true! He wanted money off us and stood at our door step with threat and annoyance that he wanted either money or the food back that we apparently didn’t want?! I’m honestly disgusted! I’ve never been in such shock of a fast food restaurant! Please, please ‼️DO NOT‼️ order from this restaurant, I wouldn’t want to wish this...

Absolute horrible customer service asked for salad and sauce separately and looks like they pour nearly a whole bottle over my 2 burger meals to the point I can’t eat it waste of money as can’t eat any of it so it went straight in the bin definitely will not order from here again also if I could give a zero stars I would but can’t so it’s got a 1 save your money people go somewhere else tried telling us we have to pay extra for sauce separately and there’s no option on just eat for this and the manager is very rude and doesn’t like to take responsibility all he cares about is money not what the customer wants definitely won’t be coming back here again I will stick to other places hopefully these will be...

Never tried before but thought we’d give it a go. Ordered 2 10” pizzas and a quarter pounder chicken burger meal. It arrived quickly and the pizzas were piping hot and tasty. The chicken burger meal had a cheeseburger instead. I rang up and they apologised and replaced it asap. You can’t ask for a better service than that.
