The Hansom Cafe — Restaurant in Hinckley and Bosworth

This little gem of a cafe is hidden away within The Atkins building - but WHAT a find. I ordered a smoked salmon, cream cheese and avocado toasted bagel and also a piece of chocolate cake with a Eton mess filling - which was absolutely devine (wish l had thought to take a photo before l devoured it all) The cafe staff were very welcoming and friendly and created a relaxed atmosphere. I have visited a lot of cafés over the years and I have no hesitation in saying this cafe is far superior with fabulous food, excellent service and value for money. Will definitely be going back and sampling more from there menu. I will also be telling my family, friends work colleagues about this hidden...

Lovely place to have a drink and cake with friends. Lovely to see the old carriage in there too. Clean, tidy and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had our guide dog puppy in training with us and he was made very welcome too and they were happy to provide a bowl of water for him too. Convenient parking (pay to stay)...

Beautiful coffee and lovely range of hot and cold breakfast and lunch dishes. Located in the Atkins Gallery, it offers something really quite unique. Had the full English breakfast and it was spot on. Also had the cream cheese, avocado, tomato and onion bagel which was beautiful. Would recommend everyone...
