BB's Coffee & Muffins — Restaurant in Ipswich

The muffins in BBs are delicious, however the customer service can be lacking. In my last two visits I have been given the incorrect drink both times. I also find that the staff will say hello to you and start taking your order before being distracted by another member of staff and turning away without so much as an "excuse me". The glasses for tea are not the cleanest (streaked from a dishwasher I imagine) and the panini I had previously was underfilled and overcooked. I’ve been going how for a long time when I started was very good no issues. Since management has changed and new staff came in realised a few issues but not too bothered went in today to see prices had gone up (large cappuccino) when I got my coffee it was half the size as it was previously and on top of it wasn’t the coffee I’m used to, very milky and disappointing. I’ve given 5 stars purely because the manager who served us was simply amazing! The food is delicious and the premises are nice and clean, we sat in for toasties, muffins and coffees and spend a good few hours in there. What was absolutely disgusting was the manager was working totally alone! Which I’m sure is against the law!
