This is my go-to coffee shop in the centre of Ipswich. In my opinion he coffee is better than Costa or Starbucks, but most importantly it manages to have a sense of calm which the others never seem to achieve, particularly in the upstairs seating area which many customers seem to miss. If you thrive on hubbub, clatter and steam then maybe you would prefer elsewhere, but if you like to enjoy a coffee and unwind, then this is where I would choose. Read moreGreat coffee shop. Fantastic staff who really are very helpful and friendly. Seating is comfortable, with some nice sofas. Customer service is something I absolutely cannot fault this place on. Really very good even if you manage to find something to complain about.
The only downside is the toilets are upstairs and as far as I am aware there is nothing catering for disabled customers needs. But there are plenty accessible...
