Staff were lovely and overall the look of the place was ok but nothing special, I got the garlic Parmesan chicken tenders which came out ok staff were so friendly and attentive but the food and the whole presentation of the food was just not it some food came out then the rest of us were waiting ages on other food and we had to ask a few times when it was coming but it came in a lovely big bowl but I don’t know if the bowl was too big which made the tenders look incredibly tiny but they didn’t taste like garlic whatsoever were over cooked and all together really really plain and bland the chips honestly made up for the disappointment for the tenders but overall nothing special my boyfriend got the bacon burger the meat was burnt to a crisp and not in a good way couldn’t really finish the burger overall the staff are amazing so friendly and welcoming but the place wasn’t up to much the arcade games for the wains weren’t really up to much either the basket balls on the basketball machine were flat and hard to throw because they felt all bust the darts weren’t very good either as they looked all worn down, I had 3 pints of corona in total went up twice thinking I had maybe just got the end of the barrel because the pints kept going flat 😢I hate to be that person but it was my first time here and I had big expectations but was extremely...

I wish I read the reviews for this place before I stepped foot in here for my 30th birthday.

The first round of drinks we waited 30mins before asking a member of staff what the delay was and waited a further 5/10 minutes for them to arrive.

We ordered a sharing cocktail shortly after the first round arrived and waited another 45mins before asking were our drink was - I asked to speak with a manager Emma who was very dismissive and could not care less.

Emma, my dear, I have one piece of advice for you. If you cannot deal with customer complaints then you need to get out of the game or maybe ask for further training on how to deal with the negative impact this business has on your customers.

Emma stormed off after I asked what the delay was on our sharing cocktail shortly - when I asked for a refund she told me she would take my details and get back to me on a refund which made no sense to me. I know how a card machine works. It’s as easy to refund as it is to charge someone and flat out refused to give me a refund or any type of compensation.

we had such a fantastic time at Kaboodle in Derry for my friend’s birthday celebrations! From start to finish, the vibe was absolutely spot on – fun, relaxed, and full of energy. the mini golf and karaoke were a total hit with our group and added such a unique twist to the night.

our food and drinks were excellent – tasty, fresh, and served up quickly, which was a bonus. one bit of constructive feedback would be to consider adding some more family-friendly food options for those visiting with kids – i noticed on the menu this wasn’t available, just makes it more inclusive for all ages.

massive shout-out to Jessica Given, the bar manager – she was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. Her energy and friendliness really lifted the whole atmosphere. you can tell Jessica genuinely cares about making sure everyone has a great experience, and it shows!
