Thought I’d go out to crave my sweet tooth as don’t usually have bad food.

Ordered a waffle and cookie dough.

The short kid near the waffle machine was quite snappy when the other lad asked him what table number we are.

However The guy that served us was polite and helpful and knew what he was doing.

Cookie dough was fresh and warm however the ferrero rocher bits on the top were stale, (imagine wafers out the tin for two weeks, they lose their crisp and become almost mush)

Wife said these guys do the best waffles so decided to come here, unfortunately the waffles aren’t freshly made and was cold. Wife didn’t like it so I gave her my cookie dough.

These waffles are bough in packets, literally can buy the same ones from Tesco opposite and make them yourself at home.

I know you’re trying to save costs but think of the quality first.

The high chair we asked for was filthy without exaggeration was covered in hair bits on the table and the seat like it’s been in a barber shop.

Due to all these reasons some good but most bad which were down to quality had to mark this a 2/5.

Seeing all the other reviews on here that are similar does not surprise me. Fix up or your business won’t be a business anymore, try to serve the people not yourselves, and if you can’t take or act up on feedback as you are too lazy then you will simply close down as no one will want to go to your place.

Came here today whilst we was in the area as the one in Bradford is brilliant. Got there to be greeted by the most miserable, useless staff despite us being smiley & polite. A group of around 10 men cramped behind the counter gossiping. Not one "hello" or anything off anyone, it was awkward. I got some menu's from the podium & seated ourselves after being stood there waiting for a member of staff. We decided to move tables as it was easier with the baby, and was rudely asked "can I have them menus", it was as if he was telling me to go! (I clearly was just moving tables & needed them), he took them with the most moody face ever, no thankyou or anything & walked off with an attitude. He seemed annoyed directly at me for no reason at all? Anyway, we ended up ordering to take away as we was starving & the atmosphere in there was awkward & dull, once again no thankyou, goodbye, nothing. The cookies dough I got was HORRENDOUS! It was like a burnt piece of paper. However, my sister did enjoy her crepe & my nephew loved his sundae. Safe to say we won't be returning, will stick to the Bradford one in future.. I advise anyone to do the same. They produce much better & are lovely people! Honestly these guys need to get a different job if they hate it so much or are so weird with their customers.
