Staff were useless and disrespectful, my girlfriend turned up for the football late (Euro 2020 Final Italy vs England) and wasn’t allowed in, even though there were no terms when booking or at the door to mention no one was allowed in late.

The female bouncer was dying for a fight as was being rude right from the get go.

Rather than explaining the situation that no one is allowed in after the match had started, which would have been fine, she instantly got in my girlfriends face saying ā€œyou’re not coming in here what do you think you’re doingā€, like alright love chill you could politely explain and it would be fine, didn’t know walking up to a door felt threatening to a bouncer.

We explained she was stuck in traffic and finished work late and she has a seat booked which you could literally see from the door, it wouldn’t of hurt to just let her sit down and enjoy the football.

I understand terms were you weren’t allowed in late (again this was never mentioned), but it wouldn’t of hurt to let someone in who had booked as they were sat within 3m of the door. I would understand closing the door to walk ins but not booked customers.

I also messaged on Facebook about this an got no response, ā€œwe get a lot of queriesā€ isn’t an excuse for this either as you read it and didn’t respond, if you read it you might as well take less than a minute to say ā€œthey won’t be allowed inā€.

Covid isn’t an excuse I’ll take for this as you controlled the amount allowed to book to capacity, you could have even escorted us to the table to realise it was someone late and not someone randomly turning up to increase capacity.

Bouncer barred us apparently as she was getting in our faces instantly she didn’t like been told to chill out and stop dying for an excuse to hit someone.

I spent a lot of my uni time in warehouse and it’s a shame what I experienced on this night, that bouncer needs to learn how to speak to people next time, and add terms of a booking to the booking page or be clear at the door when one of the...

It was a joke how i was treated by the manageress....we was in the pub at 2pm watching all sport..rugby then got put on all screens at the back of the pub..i politely asked a guy called alex if he could change one of small tvs to soccer saturday which he did....then at 515 i asjed if the same tv could be put to the leeds match he said it was doing...i then asked him at 525 if this was happening and he said he couldnt at mo...i then went to the bar to ask the manageress who explained she would do it at half time of rugby....this didnt happen...she was very patronising when she spoke to me....i watched the first half of footi at the front of the pub watching the big screen....a meathead sat with his mate and wives then had a go at me stood in the way of tv...i moved but he wasnt happy with the way i moved....the footi cont then at half time the meathead had a go at me again as im just stood there i verbally had a go back at which point i was asked to leave..the aggresser was the other bloke yet i was removed...on other occasions ive asked if the air conditioning could be altered as the pub was freezing i was threatened also at this time of being barred....ive been using the pub regular for 15yrs....my mates i drink with 2 are policemen the manageress response always is to be rude and patronising....if they really want to sort a problem then sort the open taking of drugs in the toilet..a far bigger problem i would...

I came in on my lunch break and ordered the kickin-chicken quesadilla and unfortunately the chicken came raw. It wasn’t just pink (as the wrap is beet I wondered if it was colour-bleeding) , but the texture felt almost gelatinous. The texture of raw chicken. I took it back to the bar and explained I didn’t have time for a whole replacement meal but would like new fries in case of cross-contamination. No refund was ever offered and I was told that the chef said ā€œit’s not raw it’s the marinadeā€ . The new fries came very quickly in fairness and I’m very impressed with how polite and professional the server was (tall lad with brown hair, skull graphic on his t shirt). You could tell they’d gone over his head and he felt really uncomfortable. My issue is, I can’t eat raw chicken . And I was told that I was wrong. I can cook… I know what raw chicken is. I know the customer is not always right, but an issue of potential salmonella is not something to simply refute.

No refund as I ordered through the app. I was told a manager would come and they never did. Very disappointing as I come to warehouse every time I’m out in Huddersfield and the patronising response from the chef about a food safety issue has really put me off.

Two stars only for the fantastic customer service from the server and immediate (attempted) action. The picture I have is only one piece but all pieces were like this and the same,...

Visited Friday evening for bottomless brunch and was greeted and served by Beth! Beth was highly accommodating, friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable of the new menu. I had 'Boss Benedict' and my sister had 'The little rebel' chicken burger. I rated 4 stars for the food as my egg was more runny than my personal preference. The drinks where constantly flowing and was presented with cocktails that where full of flavour. This was worth the money paid for it. We where both impressed šŸ‘šŸ¼ I would highly recommend this place to everyone and hope to return soon. Big shout for all the staff but the biggest one to Beth! She was a great host šŸ™ŒšŸ¼

21/07/23: good venue, and although it looks like a Wacky Warehouse/run down pub from the outside, it was actually lovely inside. Good range of craft ales. Clean and open plan. Sadly, didn't really cater for dogs, albeit dog friendly as they have no dog bowls and couldn't improvise. Service was acceptable and it wasn't very busy. This was out pub stop 4 on the Huddersfield Ale Trail.
