Cappuvino Bar and Restaurant — Restaurant in Lancaster

I have been coming back to this restaurant on a regular basis now, and I have to say that I have never had a bad meal, drink or poor service here. The first time I tried it was just by chance. I eat out a lot around Lancashire and the Lake District and now have high expectations for restaurants. This one came up highly rated, so I gave it go. Immediately the service was impeccable!! I can't praise the staff high enough! They give us the best service we've ever experienced.

The recommendations are fantastic when we're not sure what to order. The menu is brilliant. On our most recent visit, we were able to try the new brunch menu. The breakfast burritos were AMAZING! Absolutely DELICIOUS! My mouth is watering just reminiscing. It's now been added to our favourites! The ceasar salad is the best we've ever had, you must give it a go! I can't find another restaurant for a ceasar salad anywhere near as good. The chicken and waffles were the first thing we tried. I thought it was such a strange mix, but it went beautifully together!

The drinks don't let this restaurant down either! It ticks all the boxes! Everywhere else has become disappointing since I tried cappuvino. The cocktails are wonderful! I love them! They're beautiful and delicious. The mocktails are great too and still look just like you're having a cocktail. My children love the milkshakes! They get an Oreo Milkshake every time we come. We came for Greek night after previously enjoying Cappuvino as a bar, and we were rather disappointed. It took an hour for starters on a specific set menu to arrive, which was a platter to share not each as suggested by the menu. We then waited another hour for our gyros and side, meaning in total we spent around three hours here. It wasn’t particularly busy, and people were being served out of order of booking. With such a limited set menu, we were not sure why it was taking so long or given an explanation why. We arrived about 2pm on a Saturday and there were plenty of tables to choose from. We ordered cocktails at the table from the waitress which was perfect but then ordered 2 cocktails from the 2 for £12 section. When they arrived 3 were brought to the table so we turned one away. The cocktails were good! The reason why I have given 3 stars is that I was very disappointed to find that when I went to pay, the extra cocktail hadn't been taken off the bill so we were charged an extra £7. I don't like any confrontation, so I did not have the confidence to say anything.
